I love el pollo loco, just not this one. The food is good but you better check your bag because there’s going to be something missing every time. Two or three times, whatever. But it’s literally every single time. Also, sometimes when you get to the order order station you’ll wait 2-3 minutes before they take your order. This place just isn’t run very well and I have a negative experience every time.
Went in today for dinner, haven't been here for a long time. Most of the tables were dirty, trash all over the floor. It was disgusting, I walked over to get some napkins from the container that was on the counter, there was literally trash on top of the counter as well. I had to clean a table myself to sit and eat, while I was eating I didn't see not one employee come out to clean the tables, they remained dirty. As I was walking out there was chicken bones overflowing the trash on to the floor. It was really sad to see, maybe they are under staffed, I don't know, but it was very nasty. I dont see myself ever coming back here.
Got two 3 piece meals and both of them heavily skimped on the food. The chicken barely had any meat on it. Soda and three of the sides were nowhere near full. Checking from other reviews, this seems to be a trend for this restaurant. The person who took our order wasn't easy to deal with either. Overall, it would be better off driving to either the Palmdale Blvd location or the one on 47th street.
Not awesome. When you pay extra for cilantro dressing they don’t give you any of the normal salsas. Also no napkins :/
Never again. Eat here if you enjoy; bad customer service, a drive thru wait time of 35+ minutes, cold food, and a completely messed up order. ??♀️
Had lunch today and the taco salad was so bad the flour shell was dripping from oil and over cooked and service was trouble. Will never cone back to this one on Rancho vista Palmdale. Trouble.
Service is not anywhere near as good as before pandemic. March 2022: Food and service has improved. However, the drink machine are always out of the carbonation. Very frustrating.
Line took forever and there where only 2 cars in front of me. My order was completely wrong! I said 4 pieces and they gave me more and charged me alot more than I expected. I didn't get a receipt or notice my order was completely wrong until I got home ?
My hubby got us El pollo loco for dinner. Where the neck is the chicken?? It's literally rice and beans only. Wack. Please fix this. This location definitely skimps on the chicken. ??????
Food was good but had to go back up to register to tell them they forgot the avocado in my double chicken tostada, they put some on my meal so it was ok, but then I was going to get a refill of black tea and saw something hanging out of nozel like hair or string I told young man he said he couldn't do anything about it so I just got refill of coke who knows how clean any of them were..I wish I had taken a picture ?
