This EPL has let me down several times but I decided to give it another chance. I decided to eat in instead of the usual to go and Luis the cashier was top notch. He was observant and listened to my special request. He excused himself and walked over to the "burrito lady" and verbally told her my special request and it was perfect. As I walked out I verbally thanked Luis one more time. Give this young man a raise.

Sorry, I can't add pictures! I love their double avocado salad. I always stop their. Between jobs..it's not a heavy meal. It's perfect for lunch. Not the heavy lazy meal. If you have a working day. Is were to go for lunch. Timed myself at 12:37 was out of the drive line at 12: 43. Yes, lunch hour is heavy. But, been working on which one is best. With a healthy meal. To keep my day going.
El Pollo Loco is by far the healthiest option on the go. I love this store because it's convenient to me. It's clean and the chicken is fresh. Some workers are friendlier than others but, overall, it's all good. Love the tostada salads with a large ice tea. I always say, you can't go wrong with El Pollo Loco no matter where you're at. Get Crazy and Buen Apetito.
Bad customer service, the lady handed me my food and slammed the window. I waited 5 minutes before she came back rudely, saying if I needed something, I did. I was missing my drink; the chicken was undercooked horrible service
I love the creamy cilantro dressing.... Yummmm. 90% of the time I get the double chicken tostada salad. But everything is good here

It's alright, but the drive thru is to long of waiting. I ordered a combo and two pieces of chicken skin were kind of burned, they don't give you enough gravy for the mash potatoes
Place is a joke u can't make the turn on drive thru so I go to go inside were hours posted open to 11pm its now 7:36pm tell the girl I can't make turn in my truck she goes tells her shift manager and they tell me sorry can't help me what kind of shity service is that. Lost my business and friends.
