Spent 39.50 on a regular hamburger family pack only t on get home and my meat was half way cooked, looked pink I love doubles but my hamburger went in the trash for a pricy burger they should pay more attention to the food and they charge you for dressing
I can’t believe that I got changed $60 plus for (1) cheese burger ? (1) pastrami burger. (2) small chili cheese fries ? (1) large chili cheese fries ? and (2) drinks ?. They also charge $1 for one jalapeño pepper ?. The food didn’t have a good flavor. But the only good thing is that my dogs enjoyed it more than me. I will never go back. I will rather go to Jack-in-the-Box or even McDonald’s than to this place again just saying. And it’s not even paying over $60 it’s just the quality and the taste of the food overall.
I’ve been going to Doublz a little over 10 years now. Food is really good. But when did they start charging for ranch dressing? I literally spent $50 dollars and the cashier decided to charge me for one ranch. When before it was given for free.
My hubby and I get the double cheeseburger combo cut in half and it's amazing. I ask for my bun to be grilled with butter and crispy around the edges! This was a date day meal! Yeah I'm easy after being married 39 years!??
The walk in closes at 8pm! I wanted to get something to eat but because I walked over THEY WOULDN'T SERVE ME!!! I LOVE THEIR FOOD! Never had a bad meal here but that's rediculous
By far one of the worse food places in Palmdale to eat, the crispy chicken sandwich was oily greasy and expensive if I’m paying 9 dollars for a sandwich I expect quality.It’s very dirty the tables & chairs had crumbles of someone else’s food.The service was mid at most they weren’t fast, they made me repeat myself multiple times for one thing.If I could I would give this lackluster restaurant 0 stars save your money and go somewhere else
Ordered $50 worth of food and asked for two sour creams got to my car and went to get them out and just had all ranch and one sour cream. So went in and they said they were going to charge me $1 to get another one. Even though it was their mistake for not charging it to me when I ordered. You would think after all I was a paying customer spending $50 and they would not give me one more sour cream. Horrible customer service by Savanna she was rude to me and my young daughters. To the owner I hope you see this and talk to your management to train their staff and teach them better customer service. So disappointed I even told her you would rather lose a customer then to give one sour cream. She basically said yes. And look at the size of the sour cream for $1 so tiny.
I love doubles but I received 2 burgers that made me think twice check out the photo. My kids were adding ?'s and this is what they seen when they opened up the ? i should have brought back but my thoughts were it should have been right from the beginning. Someone looked like they were a bit hungry ? and snapped a few bites.
All the “steak fries” are flat oily and hard like chips. Asked for them fresh. Assuming they did that but why are they flat and hard? Same thing with my chili cheese fries .
This place is really good for greasy food such as onion rings, zucchini sticks and chili cheese fries. The burgers are not so good but get the fun stuff instead. The chili cheese fries are huge are very filling and good.
