First off the the chips and salsa were nasty and the waitress had attitude. The restaurant was nothing special after trying the chips and salsa I decided to pass on the food. My wife and I had two drinks a beer for me an a margarita for my wife $21.44 . Least to my satisfaction the waitress got offended when I asked about the bill. Needless to say we won't be going back. love to support local business just not this one.
Staff is outstanding! Food is delicious. I go there a lot.
The food was good & a decent size. I’m only giving 4 stars because the staff seemed pushy to clean our table before we were even done. I’m not sure if it was right before they get busy or what but it wasn’t busy at the time and my kids & myself weren’t done eating yet & they kept peeking around the table to see if we were done. Then once we got up they rushed over to clean it. Other than that, as I said the food was good.
The restaurant is fine. I remember back when it was Don Juan and it felt pretty much run the same way with kind of over priced items but you would get a lot for the value of the entrée. Now it’s basically feels the same but the price has gone up even more than it would with comparable places and I’m talking about El Toreo which is I consider the high watermark in value and amount of food that you get that fills you up and you have a good time. This location with the basic Mexican items, of which I ordered, doesn’t really provide the filling meal that I expect at these kind of places especially for a price that is situated at a premium. I’m glad the bathroom is well stocked and the location looks pretty much like it has for the last 20 to 25 years but they haven’t made the positive changes that I was hoping for in all that time.
The food was tasty, the servers were very attentive and helpful. The property is a bit aged, but the service and food were great. I will definitely come back here.
The food is really good and the prices are equivalent to mi ranchito. The only reason I didn't give full 5 is the service was a bit of a miss but I think it was because it was an hour before closing. Basically I had to wait 20 minutes to get the check (only 1 other table in the restaurant) and ended up having to walk to the front to get it. Overall good food and would recommend
Good salsa, fresh chips, awesome strawberry margaritas and my favorite enchilada sauce is flavorful, not spicy. My favorite thing to order is a bean and cheese burrito - wet, with red sauce.
Love it!! Have never been disappointed. Excellent, fast service. Staff is so friendly. Prices are competitive. My go to place!
I had the chili rellano and my friend had the Caribbean salad. Everything was excellent, and so was the service!! I will be back there when on the East Side of Palmdale. Or even make a special trip!
One of my favorite places for Mexican food. Excellent service and delicious food. I love their enchiladas suizas.
