I ordered for delivery online and asked the driver to place the food in a specific area and to not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. He blatantly ignored the instructions and when he was asked about it informed us that he had indeed read the instructions, so I guess he’s too good to follow them (the knocking caused a disturbance which is why we asked the driver not to knock or ring the bell to begin with). After that he basically brushed it off before sarcastically asking if he should place the food where we had originally asked him to do so.
Im EXTREMELY UPSET w customer service and manager. I wasnt allowed to order 5.99 pizzas and was never told i can only get deal online. Manager cancel my order and said Im at risk of not being able to order nomore. Very disappointed.
I typically do not leave reviews for this location due to them always being excellent service, affordable and always fast. However tonight I had an excellent driver who deserves recognition. His name was Hector very fast and friendly. Very personable which I have not had from past drivers I appreciate him and would definitely recommend this location due to his employment there. ?
I swear they should start making people have college degrees to work at fast food restaurants starting with this dump. It doesn't take common fn sense to figure out if someone orders three items there should be three boxes in the bag. Im in the twilight zone
I ask for a ham and jalapeño pizza and then only put jalapeños!?!?!?!
I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:45pm, after payment it said ready to be picked up at 10:25pm! I called the location, a lady answered the call saying they were busy but it "should" be ready by 8:45pm. I asked for her name to reference who said I would have my order. And she refused saying if it wasn't READY ,It's Not her FAULT!! What kind of service is this? IAlways order from my local business but Domino's you just LOST a great customer .Ordering up to 3X a week! I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you very much. Merry Christmas!
Our order took 2 hours, the slices were badly cut and the pizza was cold, terrible service

Came in to pick up a carry out because the app said it was ready and it’s not. I pod cash and the cashier didn’t give me the right change and when I checked it and asked her if she was going to give me the rest of my change she said, “oh yeah it’s cause we don’t have any change right now!” Then she proceeds to telling the other cashiers how dramatic I was being when I only posed a question and reminded her to maybe say something next time. It was a very minuscule amount but that’s just not appropriate coming from a business. Won’t be coming by here anymore.
