I like Del Taco, but it isn't El Torito! Order from my table and bring my food out when it is hot and ready and I'll give you 5.Thanks
I came out to eat here with my friends and we all ordered. The Lady at the front was incredibly rude to me. My order was put in wrong so I came back to ask them to remake it. The lady insisted that I pay extra for the difference of the burrito that I wanted. I agreed but she had a horrible tone and attitude with me and I told her that I was going to leave a bad review so she lowered the difference a dollar. I was trying to swipe my card and she just kept speaking to me nasty and made me feel horrible. I felt like she was treating me badly because I'm white skinned and she treated my mexican friend that was with me nicely. I just ended up leaving. I took a picture of her from my car.
We enjoy Del Taco, the food is good. The employees where very nice at this Del Taco. The horn going off messed up our order, we ordered before and after horn going off. After getting to window only half of our order was there. Oops
This Taco Bell sucks, drive thru took 40 mins, then when I finally got to the window my simple order of a chicken quesadilla was messed up, wasn’t even worth going back to fix the order.
In a time such as "COVID-19" drive thru worker Elvia wore the same gloves to wipe down counter, change coffee, collect money/card payment and then turns around and prepared my food! When i ask to cancel order she asked why and got offended when i told her why. She refused to give me my money back until i just sat in the drive through and waited for a good while. Snh! This service was horrible!
Del Taco is one of my first choices for a quick and semi-healthy (depending on what you order) meal. The line is always about 5 or 6 cars long but moves fairly quick. Lately however, it takes a lot more time to get thru. Come to find out.. it's due to lack of employees! Have patience because they're doing the best they can, with great customer service and a smile!
The guy in the drive through is really good at customer service. He must be a manager or something but forsure the best service I've gotten at a del taco

The drive through speaker is terrible, I could have used a hearing aid and still not been able to properly communicated with the staff. My order wasn't right even after discussing it with them at the window. And it took quite a bit of time to get my food. However, the food I did get tasted fine and the portions were generous (taco stuffed to the brim) so there's that.
Got Chicken Burrito, as I did not want another beef meal from In 'n Out.. 2 large pieces of gristle. Haven't ever run into that at local Del Tacos. 2nd sad meal here. Won't be coming back. Next non beef is at McDonald's.
