Ordered beef tacos for two people, the meat smelled wrong, overdue, spoiled, I ate 1+, so did my party, soon after we both experienced stomach pain and an urgent need to use the restroom due to food poisoning. Too bad I don't have the option to give them a star minus. Careless food handling, bad customer service, I'd sue them if I had a lawyer who'd take my case.
Very rude service by a pink hair girl with long nails. We have been here allot, no trouble till today. I spent allot of $$$ . No name tag either to make a complaint. Cronic on Rancho vista & 10 w. Let her go before she fights with customer. Palmdale 93550. She was mouthing off to me about my order. Wow. You ow me $ 35.00 for 2 burritos. Finished my order at jack in the box.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service was pretty bad. I paid almost $80 online for an order, got to the store and was told the employees can't access online orders so I have to download the app (I showed the order number and proof that the order was for this location. I also showed proof that it was charged to my account). The worker claimed the order would somehow transfer to the app. She hands me a mini-flyer for the app, I go to download it only to find out that it doesn't exist (yet). I told her I'll just pay (again) in store and call my bank later. They moved super slow even though no one was in the store when we got there. It took almost 40 minutes for a really simple order. Tacos were ok, but the beans smell rancid and the rice is bland. Not worth the annoyance of paying $140 in total for a 2 taco plate, 2 quesadillas, some chips, and extra greasy old tasting churros. The best thing about my meal was the Peach Sprite. I noticed that Highland HS was having a fundraiser, hopefully no one attempting to support the baseball team orders online because they'll have to pay again once they get to the store.
Ordered burritos for my employee appreciation and they did not disappoint. Order was completed on time and for was great.
Employee was very rude told us to leave, we didn't have a mask and they didn't offer us one, this place will never get my business again. It's ok for everyone that orders the people to not where a mask and sit and eat without a mask inside, hypocrites. I am sure the owner would hate to lose money and customers, I will be spreading the word and make sure nobody goes and supports this business. That lovely employee will be looking for a new job soon
Delicious ?. The lady was very sweet, kind and helpful with our choices and decisions along with being friendly and going over and beyond. I should have gotten her name on the way out. I will when we return. Food is always delicious and it's a forever favorite location to eat. My favorite is they have vegetarian options here
Pretty good, but not great. I had carnitas tacos. The meat was a bit tough. I would go back, but try something different. The staff was great!
We read the bad reviews from four months ago and expected better experience, four months later seems nothing has changed. I will not step a foot in that place again. Long wait bad food, not worth the money.
Food was very low grade. Sharky's is 10X times better. The chronic fries were dry, disgusting. The fries only had cheese and chicken. The food was $37.47 for 2 burritos that were very dry. The food was disgusting save more money and cook at home.
Best carne asada fries I have ever had. Delicious food with great service and friendly staff. I travel from Tehachapi just to come eat here and it is very worth it!
