I tried this place because it is in the mall food court and I felt too hungry to take the time to find something better. What a mistake. The noodles were nearly tasteless, the Kung Pao chicken (or whatever it was) was greasy and bland, and it seemed that the food had been sitting around for a long time. And they don’t even offer water unless you want to buy bottled water.
I went in to order five 3 items around 4:00 pm today and the 2 items I wanted they were out of. I was told even though they are closing at 7:00 pm they will not make it for me or anymore. No number to call. This place has changed since keke has been gone. And they no longer serve black bean chicken. There is no number to complain.

Extremely rude manager ( the Chinese woman ) She handles customer complaints very horrible !!! When I asked for a refund she got extremely aggressive and call security on me out of being offended! I’m calling the corporates on her ASAP ! She doesn’t deserve a managers position. My orange chicken was extremely hard and my food was burnt and she refused to remake it and said she’s not remaking it because “ everybody else isn’t having problems “ her cook of horrible !.. Curry chicken is mushy.
