The chicken is really good, with great heat. Prices are very fair, and prep time is not bad.This place does not get enough traffic, and I think it's because it LOOKS closed all the time, but it is OPEN! Just confirm the hours here or on the door. I think they need to make it more welcoming and obvious that they're open, because the windows make it look totally dark and empty inside. I would very much like this place to stay around, so give it a try!
Ordered over the phone for my wife and I. Ordered a big chick combo and dirty chick box. Paid about the same for what you would get at a restaurant for a meal or fast food so price is fine. Portions are massive which is great, you get your money's worth. Food was ready before I got there. If you like spicy food get the flaming hot at a minimum. It's still not that spicy but there's flavor.Will be going back, great place to eat!
I used to really love this place when it first opened. The food was good, the portions were good, and even the customer service was good. Lately I went back after a while and I can say that I'm never going back as long as the tall, bearded man. I've gone two times after it opened and he was always taking my order. The first time, he was very condescending and ridiculed me for asking for a cup holder for my drinks, taking them into his hands and SHOWING me how to open a door with drinks in my hands. That was beyond disrespectful. 2nd time I went, he was there again and when I was going to order, he said that he's not taking any orders. He wasn't on a lunch break and the place wasn't busy at all. I just ended up leaving and going to Sassy Bird in Lancaster instead. I do not recommend going for the reason someone might encounter an unpleasant experience with this guy. If he's not there, go ahead and order because the other workers are just there to do their job and not looking to be rude/condescending to customers. The food, from what I recall, was fairly good. The chicken was seasoned properly and the fries has a good texture to them. Good food, bad customer experience.
Service - The cashier was rushing and didn't seem to want to be there in general, slouching against the counter.Food- tasteless , dry chicken inside and out, the fries were limp and soggy on top of being unseasoned, the chili was worse straight out of a can no salt added no effort whatsoever.Price ; Overpriced . Not worth your money.We had the # 4 #2 #26 # 5Beware no Refunds.
Wanted to give them a try and called to place an order to be picked up on my way home from picking up my son from school. A gentleman answered and I asked if I could place an order for pickup. He proceeded to tell me “not right now,” and I asked if they were closed or what (this is at 12:30 p.m.) and he said, “for now yes.” I went directly next door to Chipotle for lunch and saw that this place is, in fact, open. Not sure what that bizarre call was about. If they were trying to make sure they didn’t gain a new customer, it worked.
Food is delicious and they've expanded their menu over the past few months. Staff is very friendly and keeps the place very presentable. Decent prices for the serving sizes. My go to is the Big Chick combo.
I really don't recommend this place to anyone. Especially the wings and the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese taste like water and butter and had zero flavor . The wings where so over cooked all I could taste was burnt meat and grease . I paid upwards of 40$ to feed 2 people and threw it all away . Save your money go to the chipotle next door.

12/11/21 I was excited to try this new place because I am a huge fan of chicken sandwiches. Ordered the Two Chicks combo, and it was not bad while I was eating it (the buns were soaked & very soggy fries because the box was super wet at the bottom). However, a few hours later, I was throwing up non-stop, got a fever, and realized that I had gotten food poisoning. I spent all day yesterday in bed sick to my stomach and still haven’t recovered. After scrolling through reviews, I have unfortunately found other people that have had the same experience as me at this restaurant. Needless to say I will not be coming back here!
The food was amazing and the workers were very nice. I highly recommend it.
