I don't know how to say it but I love the food in this place, I haven't experienced so many flavors at once I want to learn how to cook like this. I highly recommend Cali Kabob in Palmdale.

I Love Love Love this place however they really need to ALWAYS have Cabbage Salad available and not just whenever they feel like making it . IJS
The kabob is fantastic with humus pita bread rice and salad I usually get the double salad you won't be disaapointed
We came here the first time. The older lady was very polite and nice. We ordered yellow rice with different kind of meat and kebabs. Everything was great until I saw a hair in my salad. The first impression was ruined completely to this issue. I didn’t tell the older lady anything because I simply didn’t want to frustrate her. But the young lady was working without a hat, therefore I think her hair felt into my salad. The older lady was wearing a hat. So they just want to be more careful and wearing hats to make sure no hair will come to clients food. I didn’t put 1 star because I really like the older lady but because of the hair, I am not sure I will ever come back.
Everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Wife ordered me a CHICKEN KABOB sandwich with NO LETTUCE. Of course they still put lettuce in my sandwich and on top of that it was super COLD. The lettuce which I asked for not to be included, could have contributed to it getting cold fast. Also the “kabob” looked more like shawarma as it was shredded for some reason? Thought a kabob was called a kabob for its shape? Called them and they told me that my wife did say she wanted lettuce when that wasn’t true. Girl didn’t offer me anything in return for their mistake. Disputing this meal with my bank.
Our favorite restaurant!!!!!! The chicken skewers are amazing. Way better than Olive’s.
