Wanted Mexican food and I'm not sure this fit the bill. The meat is way too sweet. Husband had a burrito which was so soggy he couldn't even pick it up. I had the salad which weighed about 5lbs and was a soupy mess. House dressing is very good as are the tortillas. Service was good. We won't eat there again.
The Gentleman named Eric was extremely helpful along with the rest of the staff. However Eric stood out making us feel really welcome there. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.
A little on the expensive side but man does it hit the spot! Café Rio has good food and staff is very friendly.
Great service, 5 stars for this location. I came in while they were churning out a 20 plate order but they were fast and friendly, was still out the door within 5-7 minutes. Food was good too, as can be expected from any other Cafe Rio. Overall Cafe Rio gets a 4 from me, food is good but not great: rice is bland, beans are bland, chicken is bland (have tried 3 variants), but the salsa and fixings make up for it.
The food is delicious, the prices are great, and the staff is wonderful. They also give EMS personnel a 50% discount. I couldn't ask for more.
Pretty good. If you want just tomatoes instead of Pico, you have to wait for them to cut them.Lots of options there.
I invited my friend to lunch for a meeting, we received the worst customer service ever. He paid extra for the food, it was awful. He told me don't ever invite him their again. I've had better service in the ghetto.I'm actually on the phone with him, informing him, I'm doing a review. He said the meat taste like death, the only good thing was the mints. I'm crying right now. It really was not a good experience. Upon entering, their was no one in line, we watched workers laugh and talk until I said something. He feels we were discriminated against for being black. I feel it was lack of training for the female. He's disabled in a wheel chair. Thanks a lot Cafe Rio. I really felt disgusted.

The food is good. And if you are a veterans they give you a good percentage off your order.
Everything is SO good here. The barbacoa pork is fantastic, but I keep coming back for the homemade tortillas and key lime pie!
