Placed a phone order totaling $50, I emphasized that I wanted 4 lemon pepper dry rub seasonings on the side as well as 10 traditional wings 5 dry rub and 5 wet Buffalo, I received neither in my order, I called to complain and the closing manager (female) on 5/21/22 told me that it was my responsibility to check my bag to verify everything, when I questioned weather or not her subordinates do their job or not she rudely claimed that they do their job, I questioned that claim by saying if I have to verify their order for them and find items missing then they obviously aren’t doing their job are they? The manager in charge did not answer my question and said all she can do for me is offer me a credit of a free order of fries, I declined because I called to let them know they are getting orders wrong and it’s not right, not to get free stuff, an overpriced $6 order of fries is nothing to me. Her demeanor was still rude in response so I hung up.The establishment was not that busy so they can’t use that excuse for their inaccuracy (I parked in front no problem on a Saturday night at 11pm while reserved parking was occupied) please have a manager on duty who can actually talk to customers without being rude and throwing the blame on them, the only reason I’m not giving this review 1 star is because the items in my order they did get right were freshly made.
They offered to sit us outside to eat but they never told us they did nit have a server to take our oder. We had to order has if we are taking are food to go. Waited for 45 minutes to get our food and our drinks took long to get to our table. This is the only Buffalo wild wings in pamdale but if you can avoid this place like the plague go some where better than this place. They suck.
Arrived around 11PM after a long day of work we haven't eaten all day long. The employees DID NOT acknowledge us as guests, we had to ask for help and seating. The server admitted he was "new" and didn't know about the menu and prices. We ended up ordering 10 piece boneless wings & fries, strawberry lemonade (1), & Hennessey Hustle (2). The SL was very tart. Do not order the Henny Hustle - there was no alcohol in it or VERY LITTLE. It tasted like what a strawberry lemonade should taste. The wings were OLD, freezer burned, or they were left overs - very hard and crispy, not fresh (I wish i never bit into one). Apparently, the employees were ready to go home for the night. It seemed as if they were sitting under the lamp and someone drizzled them with wing sauce to cover the fact that they were old and bland! They were lukewarm and were NOT fresh and hot like chicken wings should taste. The fries were NOT freshly made to taste. They tasted just as the wings did - not appetizing!We DEMANDED a refund for our order which we received - minus the "NON-alcoholic" drinks. The manager, Joseph, should acknowledge the mistakes his staff made tonight. It DOES NOT matter what time your restaurant closes, treat every customers' order as if we just opened for the day. Out of the 4 of us...2 of us NEVER ate at BWW before. I can say for sure - I will NEVER eat at this establishment again! Our group agreed - tonight was the last night (ugh - I may vomit) that we would step foot in this place. They tried to charge close to $50 for something we could have made in the microwave at home. I don't eat at McDonald's and haven't in the past 20 years bc their food is toxic. That's how I see Buffalo Wild Wings. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! You're better off making your own wings at home and your drinks. Customer service is also subpar. They all must hate their jobs or need customer service training. I won't be back. If you do visit this restaurant and your food is gross and bland - get up and leave and do NOT go back. They shouldn't be in business honestly. They need to hire a new staff of employees who care about the service and food they give to their customers.
I don't dine in anymore because it is more an adult place. I have 2 teenagers and don't want to encourage them to start drinking alcohol early on in life. But, I do visit often to purchase their wing sauces. Great selection to choose from!
EXTREMELY cold inside the restuarant. My group of friends have gone on multiple occasions. Freezing. We kept our heavy coats on WITH the hoods up. It's winter right now and the outside temp in the 30's when we go in!I would like to say that our server was AWESOME! Genesis was very attentive to our group!
waited for an 1 hour. seats were empty. took long enough to clean them. she ask what we wanted to drknk. and we all said sodas she said "sorry our soda machine doesn't work" instead of her telling us before taking our order. they brought our fries b 4 the wings. of course being hungry we ate the fries. we usually get all the order together. when we ask for a refill. she said "we ran out of lemonade " but yet we got charged 3.99 for each drink when there was no refills. instead of of them saying will charge u for 2. because u guys didn't got refills. willost likely be our last time.
Absolutely disgusting! Service was terrible. Had to sit ourselves because no one ever greeted or asked to be seated. Sat at a dirty table for 20mins. Took 30min to place an order. And it smelled so bad in this place. Like sewage. My party of 4 ordered food and drinks. Because of the environment, I was happy to sit and wait for them to finish. I didn't even order a water here. The food came and it smelled so gross it made me feel sick. As they bit into the meat. To me they all look like they were chewing gum. And it sound that way too. I shouldn't even be able to hear them chewing in a place with over 5 TVs on. I most certainly will never go back. Go to crab n spice across the street near Walmart.
The worst customer service. the manager and employees are rude over the phone and not aware of the items on their menu. they keep missing stuff in the order every time we order online. the veggies were rotten and when I called the restaurant the manager said "oh that a complementary veggies"which is not an answer of sending a rotten food
The service was bad. I told the waitress that I didn't want my appetizer brought out with my meal. She said she would put my appetizer order in first. She brought the appetizer out and it was cold. A couple minutes later she brought my wings and they were cold and part of them did not have any sauce. The waitress never came back to check on how we were doing. I will never go back!
Not a good experience!!! Short on staff, they keep you there as there prisoner due to not getting the attention to when you need to get your check and can't pay without authorization of the waitress. Also stay away on the weekends 10 wings and fries for $30 wth. Also the food was dry and not good at all. Looks like they sit under the light until the waitress decides to bring you your dry food. Dry CHICKEN, know I know why I don't go there. Last time I went there was 2 yrs ago for same reason. Went only cause my little girl wanted to eat there. I won't go again even if it was free!!!
