If you're hungry, go somewhere else...The flavors were great (spicy Korean, and sweet and spicy), the size of wings was ridiculously small. I'm talking chicken nugget small, and I got bone-in wings. To top it off, I ordered coleslaw and they didn't have forks or spoons - you run a restaurant, have utensils! If you like the flavors that's great, but if you're hungry go somewhere else.
I ordered through phone that i have to pickup at around 330pm, i called at 2pm. But when i arrived at 335pm my order was not ready, instead they still have to cook my order. It used to have good service, now it's not that good anymore, the food is still good though. and to think there's not a lot customer waiting...this place could not better.

The mixed reviews on this business is clearly because there are 2 locations. I would venture to say the better reviews are about the Lancaster location whereas the not so good reviews are about the Palmdale location. The Palmdale location has been going down for some time now. But today was the worst. My wings were old as hell, hard and Dry to the bone. I’ve been trying to call them but you all know what it is. They don’t answer the phone in Palmdale. Don’t waste your time or money in Palmdale
Ate there for the first time today.They serve whole wings instead of wing sections.You order a 10 piece and you get 6 whole wings instead.I don’t mind that, and the wings were good, but I’m giving 2 stars because they were the smallest wings I have ever seen. I mean really small. A whole wing with less meat on it than a single flattie usually has.I thought Wingstop had small wings, but compared to Boom, their wings are big.
Love the good, hate the service. Never answer their phones, I'm almost positive they leave it off the hook sometimes. The cashiers always seem to hate their lives.
Had to get boneless wings due to a shortage of flats causing Boom boom to only sell whole wings or boneless. The boneless wings are EXTREMELY small. They're more like nuggets than boneless wings. The flavors are uninspiring. I'd skip this place.
Buffalo wings were good, not very spicy. Soy garlic wings were great, very authentic but a little too sweet. Fries were the star of the show, excellent
They dont pick up the phone for orders. Very irritating. If I were the owner, I would hire new employees
Came here once and was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of their food. I loved their wings and would highly recommend it anytime. When I went there was a line. Masks are required and I was happy to see that the place is clean and the food was quick. Would highly recommend
