Service was good. Food was as expected from a BJ’s restaurant. Manager on duty “cut us off” and asked up to cash out after dinner was served. I assumed it was because they had more business to accommodate and I get it. Turns out we cashed out and no people were waiting for a table. To the manager on duty today.. if you are reading this, you need to learn some people skills..
Our food was great love the atmosphere wish the TV were a bit louder for the sports buy its great setting for a night out with friends or brunch or a date our sever was being trained and she did a great job the whole staff is amazing a small wait time just FYI if you go on a weekend or Sunday but great place highly recommend and will be back
great atmosphere, food is good and excellent service
I went to BJ's tonight for some beers and a light dinner and was not disappointed. The beer selection was almost over whelming with all the choices of brews which was awesome! The menu was huge and had a really wide variety of eats for everyone. My meal was fantastic and the portions were large. The staff was super friendly and very attentative. Overall I had a very good dining experience and I am glad I chose to visit and take in the wonderful atmoshere BJ's provides...highly recommend giving this restraunt and brewhouse a try!
Although the place was super busy we were well attended to. I got the Jambalaya. It was ok. My drink was really good & appetizers were good as well.
A lot of sitting space. Great service even with peak of pandemic. Menu is similar to all other BJ restaurants. Love their deviled eggs. Definitely good for families and business
5 course beer dinner, great food and beer
Usually the food from this location is ok...except when I order pizza. I've ordered 1 individual and 2 large all 3 times there's been small amounts of toppings, missing tomatoes on the large both thines, charged for extra cheese and sauce but when I've gotten the pizza you can see empty spaces and dough bubbles all over the pizza meaning there aren't enough toppings or sauce on it to hold the dough down. IDK if it's b/c it's a half off day so you only half care, but you need to meet with the Valencia location and get training on how to make the pizzas. Very disappointing I'm not trying it again.
Used to love BJ’s when they were only a Chicago pizzeria. But now they are just another mall-food-court joint. The food is ok, the service is good-to-excellent. I just won’t go out of my way to eat here. Not at those prices.
I used to like this place but the last 2 times have been pretty bad so I can’t go back. They have started serving old food here and they are going to get people sick. I paid extra for the couscous because I usually Enjoy it but this time it was clearly old, dry and rubbery. I had already put a piece in my mouth before I actually looked at it and had to spit it out. I was so disgusted! The salad was old. How do you mess up a salad? It was conveniently fresh on top and then the bottom had wilted old lettuce. I just can’t come back here anymore with this service. I did a complaint online but I shouldn’t have to do that. Any decent person or establishment would never serve food that can get people sick!
