As usual, food and beverages were incredibly delicious. We happened to be there the day before Zin shut down for their summer break, but the service, presentation, and options weren't limited in any way. So pleased that I made it back before their break, and look forward to returning.
In general restaurant interiors should be designed to absorb, not reflect, sound. One tables' raucous laughter can negatively impact another diner's enjoyment of their evening.
Large portion sizes with amazing food. Has an extensive wine list if that's your thing.
Visitor from England who was celebrating her completion of university classes. Fantastic food, great service, very nice introduction to Palm Springs for our guest. Drinks and the mussels appetizer were our start. That broth was SO delicious. Our entrees included the Burrata and heirloom tomatoes salad, Bleu steak salad and the salmon. We passed around the entrees for tasting and agreed that every one of the meals was fantastic. One disappointment of the evening, we were seated inside and the party at the table next to us was âcelebratingâ very loudly. The acoustics inside are not good for an evening of conversation. We will choose the patio next time.
We have been dining at Zin's for years, however this was our first time in 2 years. Our Server Chip was professional and personable. We had the Zin bites, Sliders, and cheese tray. Food was delicious as well as the drinks. We shall return
Everything was delicious. Only thing I missed was a martini. My fault that I ordered a specialty drink instead.
Locally owned and operated, Zin American Bistro never fails to inspire and delight. The service is predictably "spot-on," the menu (and kitchen!) consistently reliable, and the "caring touch" of being owned and operated by an experienced and caring professional. Whether indoors or out along the iconic Palm Canyon Drive, a meal at Zin American Bistro provides a marvelous taste of Palm Springs - and what a taste!

One of the few places in the desert that provides one of the best meal experience. Its always been a go to when inviting friends and they all leave saying "What an amazing meal"! Dont think twice - make the reservation- you won't be disappointed!
