Pictures can be deceiving! It felt like I was at my run down frat house 20 years ago. I had to check out early because there were VERY large roaches in my room (gross). They were nice to get me into a new room but I still felt gross so I got out of there and went home early. I'm from Phoenix so I know the hot Temps make the bugs try to find their way inside but roaches in my room is where I draw the line. Increase your pest control during the hot months! That's what you do in Phoenix. Only good thing was the staff was very very nice. The food was good but saw the roaches after and immediately thought "were there roaches in the kitchen where my food was prepared?!" Gross. Won't be staying here again but hopefully the pests didn't bother anyone else! Bring some bug killer with you, or stay at a Marriott.

It’s beautiful, nice music pool side. Friendly worker. It’s just they need extra help in checking in .

Excellent Service"! Accountant is kind and very considerate nice one @ Mrs. Helen Karen , also her skill of communication and support throughout the process of Trading and still Trading with her is outstanding, I love her and her management easy way of payout once your Trade is completed no stress or issues involved once all process are completed, what amazes me the most is that they are always available and always in communication. I Highly recommend, Whatsapp number:+1(514)6711429 Email: [email protected]

The hotel appears to be a colorfully painted motel 6. The decor is cute. Check in isn't until 4pm, pets are allowed. We got a room with two beds, they felt clean and comfortable. The room itself was pretty simple, there are definitely signs of wear and tear in the rooms. The walls are very thin, heard the next rooms whole conversation. The pool is a good size but was packed with so many people, there was a DJ from one of the balconies and it was honestly so loud that people were having to yell to keep a conversation. I wasn't able to really enjoy the pool given there were so many people just standing in it with little to no room to swim. Key card didn't work, had to wait in a long line to reset the key card.Ended up going to the pool the next morning since the pool is open early and closes late, it was much better, less people.Overall, a pool party hotel and not worth the price.Pros: Comfortable/clean beds and room, cool pool and other activitiesCons: Crowded pool and overpriced

Overall great hotel but can be greatest. Not enough sun beds, chairs or towels at the pool on Friday and Saturday.Menu is very limited to only Mexican food and not enough vegetarian. If you want to eat there 3 days it’s boring. My room had electricity issues so had to charge my phone in my car for almost two days so better maintenance:).Amazing pool vibe, music, cocktails…Colourful, beautiful design hotel and roomsGreat customer service from all reps. Front desk, restaurant and Bar, pool, cleaningWill definitely stay again ?

The customer service wasn’t the best, one the pool security was very aggressive and rude, access to elevators and rooms were complicated, poor drainage system, shower flooded, sink flooded, room smelled of smoke badly. Very cute look but many improvements need to be made.

This is probably the best pool party in Palm Springs without a doubt, the setup is pretty open and is surrounded by a lot of day beds. It’s not a massive pool but it does the job as far as fun is involved. I didn’t stay at the hotel, just the pool party. They had a DJ that was playing from one of the rooms. Drinks were great and the pool was solid, unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order. The pool side food was excellent and I recommend getting the “El Jefe” nachos & shrimp tacos!I highly recommend getting a day bed reserved before coming because it’s a great deal for the price on a popping weekend like Memorial Day.Customer service was excellent and what made the experience even better. I can’t wait to go back again soon.

Highly suggest getting a day pass to the pool if you are staying elsewhere! Such a beautiful location & cute decor. Drinks and food are fantastic, including some vegan options! Friendly staff, especially Tom at the front desk! Will definitely return in the future.

We were in town for a funeral. Did not need or use the pool, but we're charged $36 per night for that. Never saw that disclosed when I made the reservation nor was it explained to me when I checked in. It is a great place for kids. We were not there for that reason. Will have to find another place next time we are in the area

Unique experience with pleasant staff and fun colors everywhere. El Jefe Tequila Bar serves small plates and tasty libations during lunch and dinner. Wish I hadn't had a conference to attend: I could spent my days at the pool and poolside bar!
