Amazing!! B Is a rockstar! My family and I came up to Palm Springs for a few days from Canada and our 1 must have was Taco Bell (which we don’t have In our hometown) when we arrived they had technical difficulties and our orders couldn’t be processed. B gave us free drinks and told us to try and come back in 30 minutes which we did, and she prepared our whole order free of charge! Was totally above and beyond service!
Waited in line for 20 mins and then told over the system it froze and they couldn’t take orders but couldn’t get out of line be in the drive through so now stuck for another 15 to finally reach the window for them to say they are only doing grub hub or door dash. I already hate this trash food company but got in line for a friend since they were finally open or so we thought. Going down the drain Taco Ralph. Good riddens!
Omg how do I love using the app!!! Take my time to customize my food get app only deals. track your order show up give your name pick up and roll out ??? and the crew is outstanding. There is this one young lady one that night shift she is a star? outgoing, friendly, quick and funny. My memory sucks when it comes to names but y'all know who I'm talking about.. S T E A idk but she says put a capital I forgot the letter.. ??? miss lady ??
The person that was the most energetic upbeat and had the best personality I have ever had the pleasure to talk with.Her name is "B".She should be promoted to manager over the entire inland empire." B" would be the best training instructor for the entire taco bell franchise.Thanks "B" for the best customer service I have ever had in my life when I went through the taco bell drive through.
I Ordered soft tacos with No Lettuce and Light on the Meat for my 3yr old Grandbaby and what we got was 3 X's the Normal Amount of the Horse Meat They Serve and Barly any Cheese. My receipt even showed the Words "LIGHT MEAT"! But I guess They CAN'T READ Either! Total Waste of Money! They Caused My Grandbaby to Get Her Little Hopes Up for Tacos the whole 20 Minutes in the Drive Through Only to have Her Spit All That Disgusting Meat Out in the Back of My Car!! These Idiots Made My Baby CRY All the Way Home!! We will NEVER Waste Money There Again!!
Updated: The store did reach out and explain the issue with the mobile app so I cannot hold that against them. I understand corporate doesn't always look out for their store, unfortunately. Thanks for the update and explaining the issue. However, they can never get an order right haha.
I have been going to Taco Bell for a number of years but this is the first time that I have visited this location Unfortunately they were doing some work outside so everyone is being forced into the drive-thru Lane I immediately created an order on the Taco Bell app on my phone and was able to get the food that I wanted but I wasn't able to get the complete order and they were out of various products.
Dining room was closed, but that's understandable with COVID and staffing problems. Handled it multiple orders with professionalism.
When you are hungry and your stomach ain't so hot, easy on the stomach tacos are a solution
