On March 6, I walked into Subway around 9:15pm. There was another customer in and only one (tall Male) employee making sandwiches, we waited almost 40 minutes for the one employee to finally start making my sandwiches. A second (short female with glasses) employee was cleaning the restaurant getting ready to close after we walked in. After 30 minutes of waiting another customer had walked in and still the female employee had not helped. finally, when the male employee started making my first sandwich, is when the female employee decided she was going to assist, as another customer walked in. the male employee who had made my 3 sandwiches was taking his time (which was fine since i want my food made correctly) once the female employee had finished making two customer orders, she decides to lock the front door at 9:40 (please look at surveillance footage) my family was still in the restaurant and had not yet received our order. this subway closes at 10pm as stated on the hours of operation. at 9:50 we paid for our food sat down to eat 5 minutes later the male employee tells us to leave because they will be leaving at 10pm. the female employee walks over to us not following social distancing and calls her manager on the phone, attempts to give us the phone and tells us she will call the police. we waited almost an hour for our food to be made all i wanted was to eat my sandwich in peace, she wouldn't even help us to begin with but helped customers AFTER us and locked us in 20 minutes before they closed. This Service and overall experience has been the worst i have ever had in my life. PLEASE LOOK AT FOOTAGE, FOR TIME ACCURACY. WE HAD BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT ON THIS VISIT. extremely dissatisfied.

For being a sandwich place, they create some very delicious sandwiches at phenomenal low prices. Fresh veggies and freshly baked bread. They have fast and friendly service. What more can you ask for at a Subway?
