Walked in the heat for 2 miles asked for a ice water. 1:06 order was placed. Crew laughed when I walked in. Manager called me a distasteful name waited over 20 min for a Ice water and 4 more to get the Tim when order was placed. OK its a water but if that's the service from employees I'm dying next time then to set foot in this negative establishment. judgmental judgmental judgmental
This is a signature Starbucks, right on the main street of Palm Springs. It is open and airy with nice patio seating. They serve a special drink exclusive to Palm Springs which was thirst-quenching. The misters help to keep the patio cool. I would recommend this Starbucks.
Host Astara served my toasted bagel on a plate. Great Hospitality Sincerely friendly and welcoming. A credit to Starbuck's.Sean Swanson Truly a Star.
They will make a surprisingly sweet complimentary ice water of any size if you ask nicely. Just be prepared from glares of other paying customers who wish they had your motivation for frequenting a wonderful local coffee shop.
Starbucks has the most beautiful, flagship “Starbucks Reserve” store in the heart of Palm Springs, California, right on the corner of our most prominent downtown intersection, just off our main pedestrian plaza. My friends and I have enjoyed meeting there for breakfast, several mornings a week, since the location opened a few years ago. No more and let me make you aware of the reason. Sadly, Starbuck’s has become a magnet for the mentally ill and for the drug addicted. Today, for example, I counted 27 apparently disturbed homeless, most with carts or bags, in the store, on the Starbucks patio and in the surrounding plaza. You only have 12 outdoor tables. 5 were occupied by homeless people and with their piles of belongings. They stay, for many hours, sipping their glasses of water. My experience attempting to use one of your restrooms makes for quite a horror story. These non-paying customers are intimating to many of us. They talk to themselves, often using foul language inappropriate around children, and sometimes shout. They wave their hands in the air. They shoot disturbed looks at other patrons who sit too closely. They often have an unpleasant odor. Please don’t think me without compassion. I support our local homeless efforts and charities. What started out as 1 or 2, at Starbucks, however, has gradually grown into dozens. Word spreads. Paying customers either go elsewhere, if they are locals, or buy their coffee/treats and scurry away, if they are visitors.
Worst Starbucks experience. Harassed for not wearing a mask amidst they ever changing cdc guidelines. Curly hair barista should be fired for the way she talked to me when I just kept asking to be left alone— manager Toom P was reported to corporate.
I went here today and it was a great experience. A cold brew really helped me fresh my day. The girl made the experiences really great.
The Sunrise Starbucks … Like my mama would say going to hell in a hand basket. They were out of half-and-half pretty much all the day at one time. I tried to order a mocha they were out of mocha. I look for Italian ground roast coffee they’re out of that. There’s like eight people behind the counter and four of us in line and they act they are all busy, couldn’t one be taken to help? This was a great store, but maybe a new manager!? Gone down hill!!
Went there to get coffee and caramel frappe last night. It was my first time at this particular Starbucks location and Nikki the teller was absolutely rude and had the worst attitude. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks because of the horrible customer service from Nikki. She needs to be retrained.
