I went to use the restroom. It was clean. My husband ordered water and a slice of lemon cake. There atmosphere was plesant and the staff was friendly.
Ridiculous. I do patrol in the area, but my post has no restroom. It is extremely difficult to find a restroom during grave shift so I usually go where I will buy breakfast in the morning. I used the restroom at this location, I was only in there five minutes before they have the security banging on the door while I'm trying to wash my hands. I didn't realize there was a time limit. There was no way I was letting those people make my food. Definitely went to the other location.
Stopped here for breakfast during my conference ordered an advance on the app and was ready when I got there very amazing quick service.
Overall decent experience, nice clean tables and the likes. The reason im only giving two stars is because on both occasions i went there was a really snoopy person who doesnt look like an employee shoving their nose into my business
Nice spot, outside seating great for people watching! Mobile ordering is not an option right now, they are so shorthanded! Lines are soon long, always! I love Starbucks but the crowded lines are not the place to be during a pandemic! No thank you for now.
Steak was over cooked. Meat was just ok
The drug-addicted and bedraggled homeless population seems to cling onto most seats in this Starbucks. You'll find the same people coming to this location begging for food and dollars with five million jobs available.It's time to kick these people out. Their unfortunate circumstances is a matter of choice which they are imposing upon all the good intentions of tourists that come to this location.If you want to help the homeless problem, do not give them money or feed them. It's time for them to pull themselves up from their own bootstraps rather than cling on to charity handouts. Palm Springs had 10 million dollars to assist only 200 homeless on the streets ($50k for every "homeless") and it has gotten nowhere but more drugs and more homeless on the streets looking for the largesse from the left.I'll take my coffee black and hold the illusions.

This Starbucks location is one of the best!The manager to the staff are all super nice and thoughtful. It’s just a very welcoming place.
They closed the store due to homeless people fighting but won’t allow you to pick up your order you already paid for online. Pure laziness! All they had to do was set up a table and pass mobile orders to customers. Staff lacks critical thinking skill.
