This is a great Starbucks. They have speciality drinks you can only get here.I have tried a few (tropic like its hot, cold brew malt) and they don't disappoint. They also have all the standards. Line is always long but don't let that keep you from going in. They move quick and have a lot of employees. Most are friendly and eager to help.
of course I recommend it. it's the best especially if you don't drink
The "reserve" coffee is fabulous! I had the E20 reserve "Pour over" ... There is a nice outdoor patio. It is often very busy at this location, and today was no exception. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they lost my order, so I waited 30 minutes before I inquired about my drink only to learn that they were unaware of it. But they gave me a free coffee coupon and the deliciousness of the brew made up for the error. :)
No idea why Google shows this place as closed, but it’s open. I like the variety of specialty drinks and staff are very friendly. It’s a very good location imo. Wish I had more locations like this where I live.
Definitely use mobile order here if you want to wait forever, be ignored, and be made to feel like you’re imposing by asking for water. Atmosphere is great… baristas can’t be bothered.
This was my first time at a Star bucks Reserve location. So we asked Dilyn - Barista a couple of questions... we were blown away about how knowledgeable he is about all that has to do with their coffee. He really took the time out to explain the process & how he has perfected his methods. It was really nice to see it when an employee cares about his employment. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does. We had a great time & want to thank him very much for making it a pleasurable experience.
Great trouble in catering for anything usual - like a Cortado or Gibraltar - two seperate visits have caused a lot of confusion & remakes , wouldn’t be hard to just configure the different coffee options in the register, this is supposed to be a SB Reserve (didn’t expect the cashier to know) . Milk was overheated & didn’t taste great at all to me - definitely not a reserve experience like the reserve in Seattle.Five stars for the nice seating area & people watching / location tho
I wouldn’t say that they have bad service, but when I was here, they turned off the mobile service while we placed our order. We aired for more than 30 mins when we saw people ordered in person all got their drinks. That’s why we came upfront to the staff and asked about it. They should have let people know about it. Plus, the manager didn’t even have a nice look. I get it it’s busy, but still, we are not here to fight.
Great service here as always..the holidays are busy but the staff is well managed. A little Dissapointed with management..A WOMAN who works at EL PATRON was throwing a fit and bad mouthing the workers in front of me!!! SHE WAS SPOILED AND you should’ve protected your employees from her Bill!!!!
