really enjoyed this place. don't expect fine dining, as in cloth napkins, but the food IS fine dining quality. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Ruben's special is a great seafood medley choice with fresh flavors, bright broth and delicious tomatoes. cocktails are well prepared. All in all, best dang seafood.
We went for my 60th bday. The lobster was So huge and yummy. Definitely going back and recommending to everyone we know.

An interesting place, to be sure, but I think they cater too much to the mild palates of Palm Springs residents. My crab enchilada was very bland, with not-great crab. The seafood Alfredo was nice.We didn't exercise the house specialty, which looks to be oysters. Our opinion might have been different if so.
Ate here because of top reviews on Trip Advisor and it was fabulous. Sat in the bar where we could watch the chefs in action- was quite entertaining! Ahi (Poke) appetizer was delicious and enough for 4 people, and seafood pasta dishes were also great. Loved the mud pie for dessert. Highly recommend!
Nice outdoor dining. Had great fish and shrimp tacos, fried artichokes and local La Quinta beer. Nice staff and well priced.
I'm so glad we ended up here after not getting into Rooster and Pig. We were originally seated inside at a bar table, but they were kind enough to move us to the patio when a table opened up. And we kept our original server, Myrna, who was great. We started with a Hendricks Dirty Martini and Negro Modelo, and shared a steamed artichoke with aioli and melted butter. The indoors is warmer and louder, but you get to smell the food and see it being served by the cooks, a plus, especially to help you decide what to have. He had Crab Enchiladas, which he said did not taste much like crab, but that's why you don't put cheese with crab, and I should have reminded him of that. I had Cioppino, which was so delicious, all seafood cooked perfectly, and a very flavorful broth, served with garlic toast. It was wonderful, and we took 1/2 home, the portion was so large. Next time I would order the Crab stuffed artichoke and the Cioppino to share. The patio is just lovely.
Stopped by for a late lunch. It’s situated on a much calmer/quieter side road than the main strip downtown which was nice. Overall the food was good, and the service was great - the seafood sampler was large and tasty, however the chicken sandwich lacked flavour - not bad though, and still juicy, just needed more seasoning
Excellent oyster tacos to die for! Great service and nice seating outdoors. Cadillac margaritas are super strong and delicious!
Outstanding food in a great relaxed atmosphere. We sat at the bar and watched everyone’s meals come together at the open kitchen behind the bar- which was enjoyable. We had oysters, shrimp cocktail and New England clam chowder for starters. All were very good, but the chowder was the STAR! So flavorful! I had the Ruben Special entree and my husband the seafood fettuccine Alfredo - both meals were superb with TONS of seafood!! Be sure to eat here when in Palm Springs. Don’t miss out! Just awesome.
