The cashier was GREAT! She greeted me immediately, and was very personable!She entered my phone number for rewards, and told me about an offer I had available.Disappointed with the food preparation however. The bread on the grilled cheese was barely grilled at all. My large Greek salad had NO feta on it at all, and instead of Greek dressing I was given the poppyseed. What a bummer.
Dirty, no soap/towels in bathroomTrash everywhere and the floor very dirty.The soup always comes with sourdough bread but this time it was served with potatoes chips.Soup with potatoes chips????I was not notified that they didn't have bread at the moment.
It was good. The sandwich menu was nice, but seemed limited. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Unfortunately, only 3 of the 6 iced teas were available so limited selection as well.
This is a busy location with lots of seating. There is no drive thru. They have all the mobile ordering options and you can order from your phone as well. I love Panera and how clean and comfy this place continues to be.
Ordered 2 bagels online for pick up. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up exactly 15 minutes later and waited 10 more minutes. Spoke to the person at the register and they hadn't even started them, he grabbed the bagels and took them to the cooks to be toasted Waited another 15 minutes until I was fed up enough to ask why it was taking so long. THEY HADN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN TO TOAST YET. Finally received my 2 toasted bagels 45 minutes after they said they would be done on the website. This location seriously needs to work on communication, it should never take almost an hour to toast 2 bagels. I could have gone to the store bought my own and made them at home faster than that.

Every time I eat at this location the wait for my food is over 30 mins, staff is rude yet has the balls to ask for a tip. Orders are always wrong. Worst Panera location ever
Houestly it was super expensive for what it was. I never really complain about price at panera because most people realized that you pay a little more for certain perks but apparently I have been the only one believing this unspoken rule at this place.The whole experience was off to broken down booth seats to just utter mess everywhere inside. Just overall dissapointment. Menu was interesting since it looks like they offer overpriced Flatbread pizzas now so thats interesting, they are branking out experimenting. But if we can not even do what tour known for right just stop.Broccoli chedar soup had wierd congealed strings of what im hoping it strands of cheese( not stretchy almost like the inner fibers of a squash. If that helps).Sandwich potions have changed drastically which if your making portions smaller and raising prices I feel like you just shafting me at that point. I don't know it a nice place to sit and camp out for a couple hrs what is what the other 3 people sitting down look like they have been doing for quite a while. Bathrooms are dated and kind of sketchy but serves a purpose.Only redeeming quality was the staff. They where kind and genuine.
