This Palm Springs Sunrise location is a nightmare. 2 of the last 3 times I've walked in they had no white steamed rice. First time it was an hours before they had any. Just now, they said 15 minutes and it took 45! How does a Chinese Fast Ford chain run out of rice so often? They also raised the price and now use a smaller container. Biodegradable, but smaller.The staff is clueless on running a successful business. Yes, they're hiring non stop.
We have gone to the Panda Express on Sunrise and Ramone every Sunday for more than a year. Recently they raised their prices and a few weeks ago began reducing their portions dramatically. We have decided to stop going. We are going to take our business elsewhere.
Panda is one of my go to places when travelling and wanting food other than burgers and fries Though pandemic pricing has made it notably more expensive with no local coupons to mitigate this, everywhere else has likewise raised prices. The noodles were very fresh and hot. The chicken was properly cooked, hot, and custom cut into smaller pieces as I requested. Perfect efficient service. An excellent non burger food alternative for the whole family

Visited with 4 people. Broccoli Beef had only Broccoli. Asked how we could get Beef in Broccoli, young girl said, “I don’t know.” Kung Pao chicken had only peppers, chestnuts, peanuts and vegetables, no chicken in it. Asked how we could get chicken included, young girl said, “I don’t know.” Several other item dishes were empty. Must be supply chain issues. Prices were $10 plus an item, but we felt as if Broccoli Beef with NO Beef and Kung Pao with no chicken wasn’t worth their pricing. We walked out and went to a mom n pop place and had food that was 100x better. WORST Panda Express experience ever! The place should be closed down if you can’t answer simple questions or provide menu items with the expensive pricing. Worst experience ever! We Won’t ever go back to Panda Express!
I’m sorry but have rice cooking all the time. Don’t wait until you run out to make more.
Food was terrible and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long it was dry.
Amazing and very fresh! Very impressed by their standards and will definitely keep this as one of my fave spots any time I'm traveling!
Best time to eat here is at 11am your on your own after that. Quality of the food changes later on in the day idk why maybe the staff or carelessness, but you can taste the difference in your meal from 11am versus after 2pm.
We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs and usually stop here for dinner. Yesterday will be.the last time. They are usually out of multiple items and the kitchen seems disorganized. Have.never seen a manager present, but maybe.they are filling a position. Guess we were lucky someone showed up to unlock the doors. Also, this time both restrooms were "Out of order." So where does the staff go? Skip this place if you want a hassle free meal. I feel bad for the staff that show up. SaD!
