The best meal I’ve had in Palm Springs and honestly maybe the best Italian I’ve had outside of Italy. Their olive oil is to die for. The chef can barely speak English, only Italian. It’s that real!! INCREDIBLE MEAL! (They do need to work on the decor—I hope they hire an interior designer!)

Amazing! Friendly! Very special food made by people who cook authentic Italian. The culurgiones are special and amazing! The pizza authentic Italian. Great wine selection. They even have primitivo and falanghina. So good! Go now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service and food was amazing!! Totally recommend this restaurant!!

After three visits, I remain very pleased with the quality of the food and service. They often have a Sardinian stuffed pasta that is quite difficult to find outside of Italy, and quite good! I keep going back so I obviously love it. Just FYI, I'm a "hard sell" on pasta having gone to culinary school in Italy.

Best Italian food I’ve eaten outside of Italy. I can’t say enough kind things about the food and the service. The best Bolognese sauce I’ve ever tasted and the lasagna literally melted in my mouth. We can’t wait for our next trip to Palm Springs to eat here. Pro tip: as of this posting, it’s best to call in your reservation.

As a newly opened Italian restaurant taking over a failed Italian restaurant, I expected more. The food is pretty unimaginative and bland. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese. It was just basic pasta with bland sauce. Another in my party had the Lasagna and had the same impression. The service was ok. You could tell that they were trying but it was also obvious that they weren't experienced waiters. The atmosphere is really bland inside. White painted walls and a black curtain to hide the kitchen. The tables were too close so the 4 top behind us had to sit on the ends of their table because they couldn't get in while we were at our table.I know everyone wants to try something new, but there are definitely better options for Italian food.

In town from Arizona, daughter suggested we try Palmina since we spend time in Italy. Great suggestion, wonderful experience. First off, it was Mother’s Day and they seated us in the patio without reservation. Second, our waiter was amazing, fully explaining the menu and regions of the cooking. We ordered the Pizza Palmina with Polvanera red wine and a Moretti beer, for our entree, we ordered the special Carbonara. The meal was superb and full of flavor, well seasoned and prepared with quality ingredients. Clearly the chef cooks with love for their trade. We will be back, thank you for a memorable evening of Italian cooking!

Our reservation for four had to be changed to six at the last minute and they could not have been more accommodating, even on a busy Saturday night. We ordered appetizers for the table while we discussed the wine list with our waiter. He was quite knowledgeable and suggested the perfect wine to pair with our entrees. Everyone enjoyed their dinner choices, apparent by the clean plates at the end. The ingredients were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and all served with a smile. And don't skip out of the desserts, the Nutella Cheesecake and Lemon Cake were heavenly.

I live 2 blocks away and would go there every day if I could!! Their pizza is the best I’ve ever had (my mouth waters just thinking about it)!! I grew up in Brooklyn and love my pizza! Their salads were also delicious and big enough to share. I’m looking forward to trying their other dishes too! So happy they’re in our Little Tuscany neighborhood!!

Food was fantastic authentic Italian. One of the owners, Patrick is from Sardinia and was a delight to talk to. I will go back. The Margherita pizza was tasty and the lemon cake was fabulous.
