Had gorgeous takeaway pizza and ceaser salad while staying nearby in Palm Springs. Ordered online and it was ready in 20 minutes.
We ordered a pizza at about 7:30. Was going to take an hour or more for delivery. Fine. And then an hour later the order was canceled with no explanation. Tried to call them many times, no one picking up the phone. Hoping there’s not an emergency, but this is terrible service. Can’t fill an order? Tell us earlier. We won’t order from them again.
We have been coming to Palermo’s regularly since we moved here 5 years ago. Always love the pizza and chatting with the delightful owner Matteo. The review disparaging the price is untrue. On the website an xl cheese pizza is 21.99. Toppings on an xl pizza are 3.99 each. So, an xl pizza with 2 toppings plus tax WILL run you about $33.00. No snake oil here. Pictures posted by customers sometimes show outdated menus. If in doubt about a price look at the website or call. Don’t bad mouth a small business during difficult times coming out from the pandemic.
Xl pizza is advertised at $22 more or less. Picked up my pizza and was charged $33. Why? I had 2 toppings: pepperoni and onion. Wow. $10 for 2 toppings. He blamed social media on inaccurate pricing but the prices are listed on his website. Watch out for a snake!!! Ask the price first. Don’t be trusting like we did. Agh! Never again. I guess it’s time to put our defenses a little higher up.

This is a great pizza from a small restaurant near the airport. Always get a pie when I return from my trips. Stop at the restaurant and pick one up and enjoy.
A highly recommended neighborhood pizza restaurant! I really like their pizza. It was quite good, and the crust was very crispy. The melting cheese on top was delicious. The ambiance is great. The pizzas were reasonably priced. The employees are really warm and inviting. Overall, it was an excellent pizza restaurant!
Great crust meat pizza stuffed. It's the best pizza you can find for delivery. Exceptional service to the consumer. They're kind, respectful, and competent. They may be in a position to give the exact order. Fast delivery! Thank you very much for that. I highly recommend this place to someone else!
