Food ok...over priced. Wont go back...just ok better places in PD

Bellissima atmosfera. Hotel incantevole e ristorante molto bello. Cibo buono. La nostra cameriera Nicole gentilissima.

Our waiter was gorgeous and phenomenal and made the bachelorette party we were celebrating perfect.

Previous visits to Norma‘s, have always been occasions to celebrate. These days in addition to the new $12 valet charge, (Normally $25, unless validated by Norma’s. Paid separately instead of on one check) the selections we made were lackluster and could be done better at a Denny’s. A small side ramekin of granola for example, was a shocking $9. It used to be that you could also walk the grounds of the Parker, which is no longer the case in the last few years. That always made dining at Norma’s extra special. Perhaps they could bring it back as part of the valet program? It has to be said that Norma‘s could use a bit of a deep cleaning as well. Areas where white paint has eroded or dirt on the colorful cloth sun covers, show less investment in the customer experience. The one redeeming quality of Norma‘s, is it’s staff. They are sweet, know their product, and take great care in the customer. If Norma’s can return to the full experience it once was, it would easily make the expense worth it.

Food was good. Noodles were over cooked in the lobster Mac and cheese. Shrimp quesadilla was excellent.

The server was very nice but the food was inedible. It was so expensive. I’ve been twice before and enjoyed but last night the food was disgusting and expensive.

Still my favorite spot for breakfast and brunch

Benji was a delight, good food& good drinks! Will be coming back!
