If you want a great milkshake there it is they're big thick and they're the best you can also get frozen yogurt there too
DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!! Been looking for great soft serve 'tart' yogurt and multiple Dole soft serve flavors (raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate). This is the place!Went in for a smoothie after shopping at Ralphs and realized this store is so much more. So ordered a smoothie - which was fabulous and noticed the soft serve (and self-serve) tart yogurt, Dole flavors and also ice cream.What a great find. The service was great — the owner is a super nice person who suggested I try some samples of the Dole products, showed me around and made me a great smoothie.This place has been added to my favorite yogurt places in the desert. Don't miss it!
I was questioning her intellect, beauty, grace… everything was in question when she said I have to try a Date Shake while in Palm Springs. But, I just had one and now I understand. Such a nice flavor and texture. Really liked the caramel and the donut on top, too. Thank you, RK!
The shakes here are amazing. I had a large and it was almost too much for me. I'll be back for sure.
I like this place or tried to like this place but it’s so S -L -O-W and you can forgive slowness if it’s price appropriate but you spend about 25 bucks for 2 sundaes. No Bathroom and extremely limited seating. I dunno I wish it was more of a joyful experience. Luckily the customers are always fun.
After placing my order and waiting for my shake the owner Kyle walked inside with a huge attitude and in front of other customers made a bold move to rudely tell me I’m not welcome in the store and could go outside because of no mask. Funny thing is his staff kept moving her mask up and down as well as others eating inside while I was waiting, none to less they were ok. Kyle is a very rude business owner! He could have simply asked if I had a mask to put on or could have been a little more kind instead of a angry rude owner. I posted a review on Yelp and he seemed to have the same attitude and stood his ground Mr Mask patrol. I also didn’t realize Palm Springs mandated this, if so he could have brought that up in a professional manner. In any event I and many other will NEVER visit monster shakes again, $14.00 shakes seems a bit to high as well for sugars and syrup over load. Mask or no mask very poor customer service skills. Oh and he doesn’t wear a mask outside around clients but says his customers and employees are important ? Hmm
It was a very hot Summer Day and the parking lot in the center was very crowded yet we were the only customers in this shop. We got a discounted gift card and wanted to try this place because they have Dole Whip (now called Dole Soft Serve but I will always call it by the former name). They had nine varieties of Dole Whip and huge cups but of course you pay by the ounce. We both tried Pineapple and Watermelon, they were small amounts and it was over $12 for both of us. I hate paying by the ounce, this Dole Whip was denser then I have had in the past, making it heavier. I have never paid that much for Dole Whip. Everything at this shop was over priced in my opinion. While we did enjoy the Dole Whips, we will not be returning here again.
I can't believe there isn't a line around the block for this place! My monster shake was awesome. Friendly service. Tons of items. Great place. Would recommend!
