The manager wasn't very nice. It was my birthday and I read online that you get a free happy meal on your birthday and you don't even have to be a kid. Exact words. So when I got there and asked he made a very discussed look on his mug and said we don't do that here..I ordered food anyway but he didn't have to be so mean or rude about it
I’d give them a 0 if I could. Ordered a shake on the app. Drove to the McDonald’s. Waited in the long line. They notified me a shake wasn’t available. Why didn’t the app show that? There was no way to get out of the line so wasted another 10 minutes. Terrible
Bad service. The kids just don't seem to care. They also have poor comprehension skills in there. When I ask for a Hamburger without cheese, give me one. Twice I have had to drive-thru it back around and get it done right. The fries? I ask for a fresh fry drop always and get soggy fry every time. NEVER have the fries been fresh on six, seven visits. I finally have given up on them. Six or seven chances is like five too many. All McDonald's have been sketchy for a long time anyhow. I went to one in Davis, California that actually served two small hamburgers COLD. How does that happen? No great loss if you give up on McDonald's. The Russians are learning how. It is food made to sell, not to eat.
Drive through ope. 24 hours? It's 145am on a Saturday night. Sign lit up. Google says open. But they put cones blocking the drive through. So figure that put
The only complaint I have is that after every item I order I would get asked "anything else, ? So after the 3rd time I informed him I'd let him know when I'm done. He is not the only one to do this. It seems to be very common at most fast food restaurants. But bedside that I enjoy this location bcuz everything is always made fresh & warm . And regardless if it's a frappé with extra caramel no whip or extra sauces or an order made special this location is always accurate. Haven't messed up any of our orders & they are polite.
Very Nice and sweet lady's,GOOD AND FAST customer service.I give their McDonald's 5 stars.GOOD JOB LADIES
Helpful staff, busy traffic area, but relatively fast and they get your order right. Again, great staff so be nice to them they put up with fast paced ridiculous people all day and keep smiling... Kudos to the staff.
When I was there visiting Palm Springs on the New Year weekend. When I parked my car I decided to walk in. Because of my hearing loss it's very difficult for me to understand me they drive up teller. Some I decide to walk up to the front door, the doors were locked.. the sign said we had to protect our restaurant please use the drive thru. So I walked back in my car and I designed a placing order on my McDonald's app on my phone, to see if I could get my food make it faster to pick up my orders but that didn't work. decide to drive up to the drive up line, I found out the type of line it's very long I did not get my food with in 45 minutes. I'm very extremely disappointed every time I go to McDonald's it's always been like this. They need to do something about it. I rather to someone to put a picture icon on the drive-up teller by using touch tone screen for a hearing impaired to place an order.
Very disappointed that McDonalds corporation would on one hand offer $1 soft drinks to help financially due to Covid Hardships, but on other hand close off any access to McDonald's food unless you can afford a vehicle to go through their drive through. They have allowed no access into McDonalds for over a week now to even order your food. One gets to just sit there and watch others drive up, order, and leave with their food as car less Customers stand watching this lazy effort by McDonald's to save payroll and simply not even offer a door person to help coordinate a non drive up food order during this time of covid. To make matters worse for those with EBT Food stamp card holders, they are left especially and unfortunately hardest hit, as McDonald's is the only food chain where EBT card holders can get a hot meal, as they are prohibited from even buying hot Coffee at an Arco and 7/11. Yet McDonald's seems to have a back door exclusive with our Government to allow them to serve hot food and hot drinks to EBT Food stamp Citizens. But like in this very issue in Palm Springs, where McDonald's now has limited its access to those very customers unless they have a car for their drivethrough service. The very customers their $1 drink item caters to yet EBT card carriers can only look on as others are given special yet basic privelidges over others in this country with the help of the McDonald's franchise and State of California. And this is how we are supposed to help our Citizens stay safe and healthy from Covid during these winter months, by having their main opportunity for a hot meal taken away? This is what happens when Government via Food Stamp EBT program offers k ly to McDonald's team up to offer the only place to go for hot and prepared food, but only if you have a car to go through their drive through. Otherwise enjoy your grocery store cold cuts because there is not currently any other options available for hot food for our most stricken and most venerable in our community.
Rude staff, not professional, staff does not follow dress codes , will treat you like you are a piece of trash. Does not pay employees properly. General mgr belittles you. Families work on same shift which is against policy. Non certified mgmt, food items are not fresh
