Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. They just stand around while the phone is ringing. And they make it difficult to order in person, lock the door every one or two costumers that come in. Just paranoia at its best...! Im done with Little Caesars, most of the time you get old dry pizza from 2 hours earlier. Cheap pizza at a premium price.
This place is a joke. Wish this wouldn't even make me rate 1 star. I made an online order and even got my email that my pizza was ready for pick up. When i arrived store was closed. So i paid for my pizza and didnt get it, on top of that nobody knows how to be professional inside about answering thier phone. Workers were still inside just shaking their head no.
Normally the sauces are full.. This time this was a full sauce. I called but nobody answers the phoneUpdate: they gave my wife some low ones again, she said this might not fly w my husband. They said Corp came a few weeks ago and told them to put less. Bull$h!t
Called in my order and it was ready in 15 mins. My son gets to pick a meal every week and he always picks Little Caesars! Great for his taste buds, better for my budget. These pizzas are hot, fresh, prepared well.
I have been here before, no problems. But last night (Weds., January 26, at 5 p.m.), I ordered thin crust, extra pepperoni. I also for the first time ordered buffalo chicken wings, being told "yes, they are very crispy." When I got home - I did not get what I ordered - I opened the box to a thick crust, no extra pepperoni, the chicken wings were undercooked and greasy. My order was #122, and the bill came to $15.93. Very unhappy to have overpaid for what should have been half that amount (as the pizza I actually received is listed as $5.99). I believe I am owed a refund.
Waited almost an hour. Did not even get my food. Had to ask for a refund. After 45 minutes. They had not even made my my food or even started to cook it. Is watched multiple customers leave because because wait was too long and they had nothing hot and ready. Also their soda stock was completely empty. Only 2 choices on 2 Leader sodas they only had Diet Pepsi and lemonade. I will never go to there Ever again, I left but I wanted to destroy the place I only didn't because I don't want to go to jail, Worst experience I've had in a very very long time.
Hot n ready what a joke. I went there 2 times for the hot n ready and they had no pizzas
The service is lousy, the staff is lazy and they will not answer the phone. When they do answer they will put you on hold an never come back.
Surprised very nice people and very helpful
Very disappointed. I called to order a pizza and they told me they were closed. Then I let them know that the website said they close at 10:30pm, mind you it was only 10:05pm. They said they’ll double check. They came back and told me I was correct. At that point, I lost my appetite and didn’t want to bother ordering since it seemed they were ready to go home. Just sad what happened to wanting to serve customers. It was a Saturday night.
