My first time at lapperts ice cream ?! It is good.
We love Lapperts! We first learned about them when we were on Kauai. After that, we have been hooked and try to find a new location!They always have great ice cream and this time was the same!
My milkshake was so good. The people working were friendly and worked quickly. My mom loved her coffee ice cream and so did my friend. They both said the ice cream flavor was amazing. We will be back!
Terrible experience at this shop today. Was treated poorly for no apparent reason. The girl who served us today gave us so much attitude, rolling her eyes and staring us down like she was going to jump the counter and start to physically fight me. All we did was tell her our order in a polite way. The picture below is suppose to be 2 scoops, which don’t even come up to the rim of the cone. I paid $9.00 for this, I should have just walked out however I was just in absolute shock and very confused with how rude this human was behaving. I believe this was a racist event. Please do not go here if you want to be treated with common decency and kindness.
If you’re craving ice cream, this is a good pick in the area. The dole whip is interesting but I think an ice cream scoop is a better pick!
The ice cream is okay, I wasn’t blown away by it. I had banana chocolate chip with fudge and whipped cream and that plus a cone for my friend came to $14. Staff are friendly. Had to wear a mask and no sampling. Enjoy!
We hadn’t heard about or tested a date shake made from Coachella dates and we weren’t disappointed. Apparently they have a lot of requests cause Frank just pulled one from the freezer and out we went.
The ube-macapuno ice cream was very delicious and reminded me of home.
Heard this was the place to get ice cream. It is downtown. I got the famous date shake and husband got a strawberry shake. It was good, but not sure each shake was really worth $10. If we go back I would try a different ice cream place.
I prefer coming here than going to Hawaii! Nice place with good stuff for a sweet treat while on vacation. Reminds us of our trip to Oahu!
