Better than Starbucks.Good coffee, fast checkout line. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good pastry / baked goods selection. Reasonable prices.
Definitely a little more pricey but the double. Belgian Choclate cold brew fusion is the best. If you're here in the cooler months I'd suggest ordering online if you want to get in and out
I came here with a friend last week. We both ordered coffee and split a cinnamon bun. They actually went to the back and added icing when I inquired which I thought was very nice. I have been to Koffi before and always impressed with this location. Plenty of outdoor seating and just a good vibe going on. I will be back.
Let me say the coffee and Lattes here were very good. However, I had a quiche which was lousy and my companion had a breakfast sandwich which was adequate and for the quality (both just heated up in a microwave) were over priced.
If you find yourself at a conference in Palm Springs and need a quick meal and drink, this is a great option! It was within walking distance of the convention center, I was able to get a hot tea and breakfast sandwich quickly and with pleasant service.
This is a convenient location, but the service was way below expectations. There were long waits, incorrect orders and a very confused staff. There seemed to be no system in operation. I am a veteran coffee shop person, and I expected more.
Koffi has great espresso and typically is worth the wait,but you will wait. All their locations have problems with getting drinks through their production system timely. @koffi we love you, please hire a consultant to help you with store layout and production. Again, still great drinks here and very friendly staff.
Koffi is my favorite coffee shop in Palm Springs. Their roasts are delicious, flavorful without the bitterness or acidity. Since I don't visit PS very often I bought a couple of pounds of beans to go. Looking forward to Koffi at home.?
We will never be going back here again! The staff was completely rude and no help whatsoever!! We sat there for 15 minutes just trying to get our mobile order and not one person would help or even acknowledge us. My husband saw our drinks sitting behind the counter getting cold so he decided to just grab them since no one would help. Then a worker tells him he can't go there and he told her that no one would help him then the barista guy yelled at him in a agressive manner saying "we are working"!! My husband said well i guess you need more workers then. The guy yelled at him again as my husband was walking out and my husband told him we won't be coming back and the barista guy said "good!"If your employees feel their only job is to make the coffee and not actually give it to the customers then you need new staff!
Black coffee and vanilla late were really good. Their pasties and other foods looked really tasty as well. Wish I would have actually gotten one.
