Nice people working there but the food was bad. Said at 7pm on Saturday that I couldn't get the original only crispy. It was too dry. 4 pieces for 12 dollars! The wong I had to throw away. Too small and too dry. I will not be going back.
How does a fast food chicken restaurant run out of sides by 6:30pm. So I only got one of the three I ordered and you want to know how I was compensated? With 1 additional breast. Not tripling up on the side I did get. So that one breast = 2 large sides? Completely unmanaged and their execution is very very very very very very poor. Never going back.
Ive been here several times and everytime I order pretty much the same things but its always different. This time they gave me no dipping sauce for the plain tenders and they put my biscuit inside the container with the nashville tenders byt my fries in a bag all alpne. Now the biscuit is soaked in sauce and mushy.
Made two attempts to order online Thursday, both attempts were canceled and I wasn’t given a reason why. Today I was able to place the order, my card was charged, I drove to the restaurant and they informed me that they were closed, even after they took the payment. No one called to tell me even though my contact number was included in my order. They told me they are not in control of their online ordering system and gave me the number to corporate. The corporate line informed me it would be 1-3 business days before I receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.
There food was cooked in dirty oil. They didn’t ask if I wanted and sauce and when I asked they rudely handed me four honey packets not only that when I asked for the #3 they had 2 crispy drumsticks and had me switch from crispy chicken to regular chicken instead of making more. Their soda is all Carb little to no syrup Waste of time and money.
Don't waste your money going here. Poor customer service in the drive thru and food quality is terrible. Ordered a chicken little one was raw and the other somehow had a bone in it. Fries tasted so stale and soggy. With there being no line at all how could you mess up an order.
The girls are really helpful, great attitudes all around, the guy doing maintenance was even making sure everyone had what they needed great food, that Nashville Sauce is AMAZING, good, fast, food!
I ordered delivery at hotel and specifically asked for utensils. Not only no utensils, but got mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese that I guess we should have ate wity fingers. Since gravy was also missing from mashed potatoes, I guess u should be happy with no utensils. Find better fast food!!!!!! Worst KFC ever
If this one is on a palm canyon it's the spot. Friendly patient great attitude! DON'T GO TO THE ONE IN CATHEDRAL CITY!
The staff here is horrible. I went drive thru and the employee didn't return my debit card. I called the next day once I realized and they were not apologetic. Upon retrieving my debit card I ordered food yet was only compensated for the sandwich and not the whole meal. The inside of this KFC is disgusting. There was soda spilled on the floor and napkins everywhere. They need new staff and mangers!
