The staff here are very nice courteous and go above and beyond their call of duty. I gi to the one in LaQuinta alot but come here much more often as I work out this way now. Even in the heat of many many customers at one time they keep their calm with high spirits and awesome attitudes. Its really nice to come into a business and feel like you mean alot to them. Keep up the great work staff and management. You are a gem in this hot town!!!!! MUCH LOVE!!!!
Staff is etremely rude does not monitor catering orders . Mgr who has long hair does not follow health rules for hair and allows her hair to fall into all the food including wearing false eyelashes . This is all about customer service not looks .I guess having your phone in your back pocket makes you look cool. Well catering orders esp large ones are IMPORTANT and when they have a deadline that is exactly it . People have lunch meetings etc and should not have to move their times cause of lazy merchants and employees.I've been I. This town way too long and we do not tolerate lazy employees or merchants who do not care . As they say 1 will tell 10 who will tell 100 about bad business and it will hurt sales. So it can go either way, but this merchant has messed up too many catering orders by not having them prepared ontime.
No mayo??? What happened to our sandwiches? We ordered online pick up wasn't ready..waited 15 mins for them to finish, which way passed the pick up time. Paid full price just to wait for a sandwich that was so sub par.. 20 dollars for food ill prepared?..no thanks I rather save my money.
Great sandwich and good service we're in and out and very little time. Large variety of meats and sandwiches. Way better than the subway!

went to pick up a doordash order and they left the order just sitting behind the register it wasnt till 10-15 minutes later i stood up to ask about it and a girl who was on a personal phone call saw me uset and rushed to bag it without the mask on and on the phone it should’ve took me 30 minutes to do the whole delivery but it took 30 just to get the food WORST service i’ve seen provided not just to me but to others that were there.
Delicious, fresh food, I accidentally left my purse on the table while leaving and one of the employees grabbed it and put it in the safe for my until I came back to retrieve it.
I like Jersey Mike's fresh ingredients and good value. Puts Subway to shame.

Large size sammich. I'm always hungry for the Italian cuts Mike's way. Can't beat the service and customer needs for me that is. A staple for my sandwich fix. Fresh toppings are always in view.
