They like to precook the food for the serve it for later like they just microwave it for later. I noticed my cheese was all boiled looking on my burger and the food didn’t taste freshly made. They also didn’t let me add cheese to a salad because they said they’re pre packaged and they come like that and they couldn’t add cheese for that reason, I’ve been to other jacks and they’ve let me edit the order but not this one.

Always have problems at this location! I was asked to pull around in the drive thru & they would bring out my order. I asked how long would the wait be, they said hold on let me check! A chic came back & said could you please pull around, I said all I asked was how long would the wait be, she responded 10 mins!Always something negative at this location. They have horrible customer service & I always regret when I go to this location

Purposely closed 20 minutes before actual closing time. Made the excuse their system was down. Lady was working night shift on 3/26/22. Don’t really care that we didn’t get the food but the lie was pretty comical. Joke of a location.

The food is always hot and made right. The staff is friendly. They always get your food out to you quick. Good place to grab some food.

As a senior I ordered Bacon chease burger and it was like shoe ? leather.no indoor dining closed for pickup.not good at this place.

There's a lot of Jack in the box franchises around this one stands out to me because it's always good always fast and always able to understand the person in the Drive-Thru taking your order. I've literally never had an issue here at all and even if I did I wouldn't even mind but Its never happened.

This is one of the worst locations. We sat in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of us. They had no since of urgency no apology for the wait. If your short staffed be courtesy and apologize and your customers will be more understanding instead you guys had an attitude like your customers were inconvenience you. Will not return to this location.

Was there for drive thru lunch and it was extremely busy. I ordered, waited, paid, and left. I checked the bag on my drive back home and noticed my hash browns were missing. I wasn’t upset but a little annoyed that I had to go back. They were REALLY busy and were doing the best they could do, so I get it. When I parked and walked in they had a line but this girl with short buzzed hair noticed me waiting and immediately asked me if she could help me with anything. They made me fresh hash browns are the staff were really nice and apologetic about it even though they didn’t need to be.Being staffed during a pandemic is hard. Staffing is low and you are required to give your all even though it’s exhausting. This staff needs to be praised for raising the bar on customer service. It’s hard out there but there are so many people that appreciate you. Thank you! ❤️
