I have to admit that I normally don't send food back to a kitchen. However, my pancakes were cold and couldn't even melt my butter. The waiter did bring me a fresh double stack which made my experience a little better. Maybe the next time I visit and I receive more prompt service I'll give them another star. Coffee was hot. ?
The server was nice in the beginning when she seated me I was here alone then after she took my order and brought my food she disappeared never came back to check on me if I needed anything I had to ask the bus boy for more water and condiments so I'm not sure if I will be going back to this location.
I really enjoyed my dish. I also had enough left over to eat for another meal. Would definitely get food from here again.
Excellent service by Silvia and our food delicious, fresh and didn't have to wait a lot time to receive. Highly recommend. First time here.
The food was reliable as you would expect from any chain restaurant. The place was busy and the staff were really attentive. I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned. Bathrooms in restaurants really do need to be checked at least once an hour, particularly during covid. I also found on a windowsill right beside our table a layer of black, sooty dust which I know would have taken several days or longer to accumulate. I mentioned both to the manager, he was gracious, and sent someone into tidy the washroom. I didn't want to get anybody in trouble, but on the other hand, certain basic cleaning should be kept up on. It's easy enough to do in a restaurant setting by building up some of those things into the regular routine. We will be back. Thanks for the great fluffy pancakes. :-)
I've always really liked IHOP but they have sadly taken a turn for the worse. They scaled back their menu, which was fine. The ommeltes were always huge with the eggs being super fluffy and the inside being stuffed to the max with goodness. The ommelte I got the other day was like a deflated tire....limp and flat. My friend thought the same thing about both our meals and we waited 45min for the food to be ready. I unfortunately won't be going back. The prices on everything have been raised substantially and the quality of food has been lowered substantially.
The food was good. However breakfast for 2 was $50. WOW!Fast service...it took 11 minutes to get our food. An omelette was $16.
We had a problem with our server! He treated us very cold and inattentive, felt judgemental.Food was good we again had 3 eggs, sausage links WW Toast and hashbrowns.This was the 3rd out of four restaurants same meal tested. Rank 3 out of 4
