Perfectly al dente cooked pasta, flavorful ingredients mated with 5 star service.... it doesn't get much h better than this folks. The carbonara here is among the best I have ever had. Not to rich, but definitely immense flavor. The prosciutto is moist and chewy, perfect. The Caesar salad is a MUST order. The bruschetta was greT, good flavor and the bread was slightly chewy, with a slight crisp crust, just perfect! The pasta aoil e olio or however you spell it, is refreshing and delicious.Rest assured these people know how to prepare pasta too... it's perfectly chewy!
We went here after a golfing day and it was close to where we were staying. It is in a strip mall with a grocery store, and a couple of other restaurants so it is really convenient. This is a local place and I really like patronizing local businesses when I travel. Interior is unpretentious and casual. The food is good and so is the service. I had the carbonara and the egg and pasta were very complimentary. My buddies had pasta dishes and they were happy also. If you are staying in the area, give Giuseppes a try.
First, we LOVE this restaurant. If you come for the food, you won't be disappointed. We arrived at 8 PM. Server "Michelle K" was quick to take our order and bring wine. Then, nothing for one hour. Others who ordered after us, served before us, no check in, nothing. Our food came, was hot and delicious, no mention by "Michelle K", re the wait, or apology of any type. Was to bring more water, again, nothing. We know better than to let this influence our future patronizing of this restaurant. There were two tables outside, and two inside. Hopefully, this was just a bad day. We will return, hopefully to a more Guiseppe's-like experience
The service was amazing here. We enjoyed a meal on the patio, the Italian salad was great, as well as the deep dish pizza. Everything we ordered was delicious but truly the service was the icing on the cake.
very nice atmosphere inside Giuseppe's pizzeria. I'm not happy with the medium sized pizza, I walked in to order and take home. The thin crust was burnt on the edges and underneath. All my toppings, dumped in the middle. Square slices at edge. No toppings at all.
When you ask the wait staff for their recommendations, and they tell you that you cannot go wrong, you can go wrong. The eggplant parmeson and chicken marsala were both 2 out of 5. The pizzas at the tables next to us, however, suggested a return trip. The eggplant parmesan was watery. The chicken marsala demanded mash potatoes, but those were also watery. The bolognese side dish, however, was excellent. This is a restaurant where, apparently, what you order will determine whether you will have a positive experience. We did not
Wish they would cut the pizza normally.
It was [email protected]*king amazing and delicious ?both the fettuccine alfredo and veal parmigiana were outstanding ? as was the deserts....
We tried Giuseppe’s for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding! Shrimp and artichoke dip, chicken piccata, and spaghetti agility’s et olio. Service was spot on too. It beat out all the downtown restaurants in Palm Springs! A gem!
Way too much sauce. Not enough cheese. Expensive, paid $34. I would not recommend the deep dish from here.
