The crepes here…SO DELICIOUS. The batter they use is so flavorful. Honestly, the best Savory crepes I’ve ever had. We tried the Turkey Cheddar and the Chicken Pesto. If it’s busy, expect to wait 20 min or so for your food as they make it. Honestly, get the full, it’s worth the extra $.You order from the window that is in the alley from the street. There is parking in the back!Note it’s all outdoor seating, with misters and shade, so be ready for heat if it’s hot outside.
This was one of the best meals I've ever had!Gabino's has a limited menu of homemade crepes, salads and drinks (cold brew mattes and homemade lemonades). They only serve savory crepes, so there are no sweet dessert type options available, but what they do have is simply amazing.The crepe batter is fried with cheese, which gets all crispy and delicious and adds a perfect contrasting texture to the soft and slightly chewy crepe.I tried the chicken ranch and the chicken pesto varieties which were both 10 out of 10. I would love it if there were other meat options as well as vegan crepe and sauce options.The staff are a group of super cool, really down to earth, helpful dudes.The prices are good for the portion size, the food is incredible. The ambience is beautiful and welcoming... If I lived in Palm Springs, I'd be here every single week.Overall 9/10 due to lack of vegan options, desserts and limited hours.Don't forget to ask for extra Special Sauce!
This is a really cute crepe shop situated in an alley. They have limited outdoor seating. The food here is amazing and you can't go wrong. One of the best meals I’ve had in Palm Springs. Had the pesto chicken crepe that was super flavorful and fresh. Make sure to order the jalapeño cheese crepe, the crispy cheese bits dipped in their special sauce were next level.
Having looked over yelp reviews of Gabino's, I must say I was not mislead! This spot is truly a Palm Springs gem!Enjoyed every bite of my chicken pesto w/jalapeno style mix! Wife ordered Chicken Caesar crepe (also jalapeno style) with added bacon and avocado. We shared them both to each other and omg! DELICIOUS!!! We can't wait to return and definitely a must eat location.We had the yerba mate passion fruit drink each. Also very good. They did not have the Lavender rose today but the passion fruit did not disappoint.
We came across Gabinos creperie on a travel blog recommendation and are so glad we found it! It was off the beaten path, down an alley with outdoor seating only. We got the BBQ chicken and veggie on jalapeño crepes, they were the best crepes we have ever had. The presentation was adorable and they offered full and half sizes. You have to go here if you are in Palm Springs!
My wife and I found this place on a Google search and are so glad we did. It can be hard to find even using Waze. It is literally a walk up window down a narrow ally with a few tables set up in a small courtyard. We couldn't have been happier. We both went with the jalapeno crepe batter which is the way to go...along with getting the special sauce (some kind of cilantro sauce). If you only want a light lunch, get the smaller size. We both got the full and were both thoroughly stuffed.

Came here twice in four days. It’s tucked away in an alley but worth looking for. The crepes come in two sizes which really refers to how much filling is provided but you will probably want the full size since they are quite delicious. We had the chicken pesto, the barbecue chicken, the chicken Caesar and the chicken ranch. All are delightfully crunchy on the outside and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Limited beverage selection. Order at the window. There are outside tables if you want to eat there.
