Disappointing experience. Had reservations for inside for brunch, but we were seated outside. In addition to the heat, there are samm flies outside that interfere with the experience. After 20 mins of waiting we were notified that they are out of the items we ordered ( croissant and quiche), so we had to order again.
Delicious little place. Lots of care in the food and staff was quite pleasant. Nice tucked away gem. The picture is of the bento.
We went here for lunch to try a variety of different places and had the Pork Ginger. It was absolutely phenomenal and packed with flavor. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try. We were set on going back for the set course Dinner the next day, although were unable to make it. We'll definitely be back again on our next trip to Palm Springs.
I have been here 5 times. each time 5 stars--the food, the setting (in a charming courtyard right off main drag downtown) the decor, the service. I just can't praise any higher.
Beautiful presentation and delicious food. One strange thing to note: each person gets 1 French bread medallion. If you order the mussels or soup? Plan ahead!
Super friendly staff and bento was very good. Salmon was crispy and juicy, perfectly cooked. Would get again.
The restaurant's situated within a beautiful alley. We were greeted by the friendliest staff who shared the story behind the restaurant name and provided excellent service ensuring we are well attended to. The salad croutons is the best I've had and the rest of the food were good.
What a lovely place for lunch! Tomoko and her husband Eric were so welcoming and so were their staffs. I thoroughly enjoyed my Kalbi, and the rest of the group enjoyed theirs, Quiche (a little under cooked) and Tuna Mix Nicoise, as well. Our server Stephan did a wonderful job! We'll be back/Nous reviendrons/我々は戻ってきます。
The food was delicious, but the hostess was absolutely amazing. She’s the reason I’m writing this review. She knows true hospitality, and her alone will get me to return. She needs recognition!
What a great place for our first might in Palm Springs. Loved the mussels in curry, the celery soup and the filet. My husband thought the Moroccan chicken needed a little more salt, but still enjoyed. The cotes de Rhône was delicious, snd the French Press coffee was even better. The server was friendly without being obtrusive. We sat outside which a lovely little hideaway from the street noise. Def go!!!
