Soooo yummy ? Best burger ? in a very long time and the Cajun fries ? are bomb ?
Food is good, above average food would be the honest opinion. Customer service is lacking. In what world does it make sense for preordering when the orders only get started once you're inside to let them know you're there? The point of preordering is to avoid waiting.
Not a fan because they cook all burgers WELL DONE. Just doesnt work for me, but they seem to have a good following. The parking is always jambed in that corner of the center but the location is good.
Too cold inside, music blasting, a man with a dog in his arms right up to counter and then sat at a table. No one said anything to him. Pricey. Buns hardly toasted so got soggy and fell apart. You're not doing any favors to senors giving such a huge amount of fries. Three fourths went in garbage.I went to the one on the river several years ago and I thought I would try this location. Never again.
This is a great place to go when. Looking for burgers and fries. The texture of the burgers are very soft and original. The grilled cheese has great smell and tastes delicious. The staffs are very friendly and patient. They also provide roasted nuts for free at the counter. Restroom is clean.
my first experience at 5 guys was horrible and was at the Ramon road location about a year ago. Decided to try them again (same Ramon Road location) as maybe it was just a bad day for them, nope, today’s experience was worst and the food (28 dollars for two cheeseburgers e/ no buns and one small fry) had absolutely no flavor or seasoning and actually hated it. I ordered online and a message said “order ready for pickup at 6:15 pm” and after waiting at 6:40 still nothing ready and not one person in line . This place has no legit management in place to keep things in line and the staff just doesn’t care. Just shut it down already or train your employees to have better people skills
The young guy behind the counter just before closing shift on Thursday asked me what a BLT was when I ordered one. He wasn’t aware of what was on the menu and because I didn’t immediately answer his question about what a BLT was, said something to the cooks in the back. I got a cold BLT and lackluster service. If you don’t want to work at your job, find a different one. There are plenty of us who work 8-14 hour days and even if we have a hard day when we are working we don’t take it out on the customer.
Hands down my favorite place for a quick bite! Cajun fries are fire!
No line, fast service, order was perfect, and food was amazing!
Customer service is non existing, ordered two items ready to order more she ask would you like a drink?I answered "no thank you" she gives me a total..... After that I ordered 3 more items I asked please do not mess up my order, it has happen in pass I mentioned.Instead of a sorry all I get is attitude, I get my order they mess up order. I go back instead of an apology.....i get attitude from a different person.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.
