The most beautiful view in the valley and a yummy breakfast served early. They are also super welcoming to pups. Love this place!

This is one of the most elegant, upscale but comfortably casual, fine restaurants in Palm Springs - with beautiful views, delicious food, excellent service, quiet ambiance and very moderate prices. We are regular patrons.
I have dined here many times before and it has been fine, not great, but fine. I invited a friend to have lunch with me and booked the table using Rewards. I received the virtual Rewards card from OpenTable. I informed the host that I was going to use the Rewards card to pay for part of the meal. I was told that they could not accept it. I asked for the manager. I was given an email and phone number. I emailed the manager and asked how they planned to make it up to me, since accepting the Reward card is a part of the restaurant's agreement with OpenTable. After days of getting no response I contacted OpenTable; they provided a partial solution, but as of this writing (a week after the reservation) I have still no word from Escena. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will not return.

The serving staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food, as always, was outstanding. An excellent menu with the salmon being a particular favorite.
Great drinks, appetizers were very good, main course was delicious. Service was outstanding, the views are amazing, will absolutely come back and tell friends about this hidden gem!
