As always our evening at Copley's was phenomenal with delicious food and unparalleled service! I can't think of a better place to enjoy the perfect meal and experience.

Tawanaâs 50th Birthday
Such a disappointment. We had really looked forward to dining at Copleyâs. Air conditioner must not have been working properly or at all. Salads arrived with ingredients not listed on the menu, so little regard for guests with allergies. And, the ambiance is nothing to write home about. The server tried her best, butâ¦
Food, service and ambience was outstanding as always!
We were wanting to try some place new (to us) in Palm Springs. Our first impression as we walked in was the large and beautiful patio seating area. Awesome views of the mountains too. We had no idea what to expect as we were seated. And then our waiter, Dario came to us. From that point on everything got better and better. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the building, chef, cuisine and wine. We made small talk each time he came over to check on us. Excellent service by Dario. Now to the food. Every bite was delicious! We ordered Cesar salad to start. Not your typical Cesar, but my oh my! My husband had the short ribâs and I the orange duck breast. Every bite had an, âohh, mmm, ahâ. Flavors that lingered on the tongue and just made you want more and more. We also ordered the bread & butter which consisted of yellow cornbread and cranberry cornbread. Left us fighting over the last piece. We shared the lavender poundcake for dessert, and again played swords with our forks over the last bite! Weâll definitely add Copleyâs to our âdate nightâ list of restaurants. Our compliments to Chef Andrew Copley, his kitchen staff and our fabulous waiter, Dario.
The food was excellent as well as the service. It was a little warm inside as the air-conditioning wasn't as cool as one would like.
Food and drinks were amazing our waiter was the best BUT it was to hot air conditioner is a must takes away how good the place

Excellent ambience and the staff is awesome...and that's before you even look at the menu or hear the daily specials. You won't be disappointed except if you try to make a reservation after they close for the summer season
