Had to ask the girl serving my ice cream to put gloves on (during Covid). She touched her face and asked me what I wanted. For that reason, they’re only getting 2 stars.
Agree with prior poster. Completely empty store. Employee seemed bothered unfriendly and bossy. If you’re going to put on some calories getting out in a bad mood just prior kills the whole point of going out for ice cream. I expect a cheery greeting going into any ice cream store—not to be put into a bad mood. Not going to last long in customer service

Sadly this place has gone way downhill. They never measure correctly to fit ice cream and ingredient mixes in larger tubes to go, consequently their bespoke menu creations never taste consistent. Seems to be big turnover of staff in last 2 years. Obviously a reflection on management and ownership. Disappointing.
The flavors of the ice creams are as natural as they can get and everything is quite affordable.
I needed a birthday cake quickly for my granddaughter. They had what I was looking for and set it aside for me to pick up later. Just what I wanted. Good service.
