Terrible service and very dirty place ! I asked for guacamole and didn’t get it but sure was quick to charge me! The lady wrapping my burrito couldn’t do it so she thought doubling it was better and then didn’t do it. The two ladies at the front had terrible attitudes and like it was an inconvenience of being there ? HELLO that’s your job! Never going back again I hope to get a refund for the guacamole I got charged for as well!
Hands down the worst Chipotle I've been to. 45+ minutes past the pickup time on an order. The place wasn't even busy, just clueless
Ended up paying to much money for a serving of steak bites to be delivered. Never ordering from that store again.
Very dirty chipotle! It’s like they never wipe down anything. Employees need to focus on cleaning more than making sure customers are wearing a mask! Chipotle please train your employees to clean properly so people do not get food poisoning! Thank you!
My wife and I both ordered burrito bowls and got severe food poisoning hours later. We contacted Eddie (General Manager) who told us 'oh well' and refused to give us any corporate company information. In my 56 years I have never experienced such rudeness within the restaurant industry.
I like the food, but today the wait was ridiculous (and that is twice as bad as last week). I almost wanted to join the people who were growing old on the line of people who DIDN'T order ahead like I did. I arrived to pick up my food 15 minutes after THEY said it would be ready. There is still a huge line of people waiting for their orders. Contemplating whether I should just give up the $15 I spent because I have ice cream melting in my car....It is now 20 minutes after they said my food would be ready...NO FOOD. The food is really not worth this wait
Not sure what they are doing but the beans were so spicy like no other chipotle we have been to. Quantity etc was fine but the bowl was not eatable due to extreme spice level.
If you like chicken Burrito bowl ? with chicken that's the best the employee’s are very friendly and professional they serve the best fresh ingredients and food we loved two thumbs up ? ?

Staff were blantly rude. We opted to eat outside because we did not have our vaccine card on us. No prob. We went back in because we realized we did not get our cups for a soda. I did not get her name but she saw us come back in the resturant and said 'what?'. Asked for the cup, she reached for the cup and handed it to us while deliberatly looking away. Wow! Rude. Every table outside was dirty, the place was not busy and we saw three ladies standing behind the counter. We abided by the demands of this establishments and felt like we were mistreated. They ran out of forks and we were ok with spoons that they offered. And we love Chipotle at other location, usually friendly, cleaner and yummy food.
