Don't let the name deter you. We were coming into town fresh from hiking and Joshua Tree and were looking for a casual restaurant to dine outside and have a salad. I found this place and thought it was super casual.When we got there we were pleasantly surprised though I did feel under dressed. White linen tables were outside! We had the best drinks (I had the Cosmo on the Rocks, my husband had the grown up Arnold Palmer). The rotisserie chicken is organic and was delicious on our salads. My husband got the Greek salad and I got the BBQ chicken. So good!Highly recommend, it was a great first meal in Palm Springs!!
This place has the best service, such kind staff. Best food I have ever tasted chicken cooked to perfection. If you are ever in Palm Springs this is the restaurant to go to. A very dog friendly place, my dog always gets a bowl of ice cold water.
I'll be honest, I was hangry and this looked like the best option on the stretch of Palm Canyon Drive we were walking: everywhere else had lines. A cobb salad, Bahn Mi sandwich on a nice baguette and a couple of Arnold Palmers set us right. Staff looked pretty tight; some new servers were shadowing which is fine by me.
I never heard of chicken ranch. I was intrigued by what looked like a fast food joint with table cloths. And luck would have it, it was happy hour. I had an incredible well-made margarita and the happy hour tacos. As a fellow restauranteur myself, every restaurant has the choice to either go high-end or cheap. This place goes high and on every decision. The napkins are high-quality and absorbent. The tacos larger than they need to be for happy hour. The cheese, it could’ve been first Street, the crap brand from cash and carry. But I could taste and recognize it to be high and Tillamook cheddar. The staffing was perfect. Not overly staffed, but the right amount so that everybody had the perfect amount of attention. The owner himself was here. He explained that this is not a chain but it went off. And I am amazed at the value per dollar and what I received.

Our 3rd visit and many more ahead, whenever we're in town. Brought various friends and we all enjoyed fried chicken sandwiches, its, a large meal. Sets the benchmark high, don't miss. Dined on patio once in light rain, during Covid so indoor was closed and servers made everything comfortable.
Manager didn't even apologize. He said "I'll refund your money" what money was he going to refund. We never got our food lol ....The server forgot to place our order. We were sitting for 47 minutes while everyone around us was getting there food. We asked 2 times the status of our food and the servers reply was it's coming. We ended up getting a completely different order. Our order was 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 order of fries. Unacceptable!
I had a vegan chicken wrap and it was delicious. I fully expected to have a salad for dinner, but the chicken sandwich said, “Give me a try.”
Ordered the fried chicken burger and chicken cob salad. On serving both the chicken tenders on the salad and the burger were cold. The waiter agreed to request a fresh batch be cooked but when the dishes were served again it was obvious the original chicken had been warmed in a microwave or a serving lamp. On requesting the bill I told the server that the food was poor and had been warmed up. He apologised but didn't try to make amends. They only serve mainly chicken so I am surprised they cannot get it right $40.00 for rubbish ..... spend your money elsewhere!!
We both ordered salads. One of the main features of this restaurant is the market fresh greens and produce that is used in all salads. We generally only eat organic but this is as close to organic as possible. I'll sell it ingredients were super fresh, crisp and this salad was absolutely huge! Whenever we are in the area we do plan to return and will share this with friends and family! Great place to eat! When you get done with your meal you have to have the key lime pie! It is a little pricey but well worth the price,! One order is enough for two to share. Terrific dinner overall.
