Relatively original tasting Mexican food. Price was not great but ok. I thought I would get a real plate. Nope . Staff was not very customer oriented.
Food is great, staff is nice, decor could be updated from 80's to 2022 though, and walk around from the counter to shut the wide open door letting in flies and wipe down the tables occasionally.
Every time I come to a castinators I swear I'm never coming back. They are on the whole the slowest fast food chain there is.25 minutes to get a damn Taco and there were only two cars in front of me
St first I was skeptical but than Gustavo came in believe the manager awesome guy give us tips on what to do and where to go the machaca torta was the bomb.! Thanks Gustavo u made it so much better.
I ordered 4 chicken hard tacos and chips and salsa. I got 3 chicken tacos because they were out of chicken so they gave me one beef taco. The beef was so dry mixed with the really stale taco shells.. the chicken tacos nearly had no chicken, however no shortage of cheese a d lettuce.. also very stale taco shells. The chips and salsa were also stale and the salsa had zero taste and was very watery. I will never go here here again.
STOLE FROM ME! They messed up my order and then I went back to get it fixed and they took the old order and told me they wouldn’t fix it or refund me any money. I legit just got robbed by a restaurant! I was so shocked have never had anything like this happen to me before. Yall gonna steal from the wrong person one of these days.
This place is a hit or miss, I wouldn’t risk getting sick. We ate there less than a week ago, my brother ordered the cheddar cheese quesadilla & he got food poisoning. Poor thing has been projectile vomiting for days.
We ordered 3 orders of the chicken flautas with guac and cheese. One of those was suppose to only have cheese no quac. We get home after waiting 30 mins in the drive thru line go all the way home to find out not only did they charge me more but they also gave me 3 orders of the 5 piece rolled taquitos instead of Flautas and one had no cheese. This is the 5th time I call there phone and no one is answering. My daughter won’t eat anything with quac on it.
Usually the food is good but this guy had me waiting on hold before I put my order in for about 10 minutes. Worst part is there wasn't any cars ahead of me. It's just flat out RUDE and LAZINESS. Young guy wearing black glasses.
Like the food but I’m not understanding what it is they call guacamole, it’s green but doesn’t taste like avocado, has no taste or flavor whatsoever! I definitely will not waste my money on that again!
