Messed up order and the shift manager named "Hime" (dude) checked the book and couldn't find our replacement order, but said he was working a 10 hour shift the day before and he didn't have a call. Why check the book if you "know" every call yesterday even when you admittedly started 30 minutes after we called? ?? But you can't do anything or offer customer service just to say that you can't do anything .
I did give this place 3⭐... as of late I have been going back to this location because I've moved back into the area. And I must say I am surprised I don't know if it is new owners or management but it's definitely better. The food is fast and hot. Their is this one person who is on her job. Any time I have had contact them.they have been polite,fast,upbeat and knowledgeable about what they are serving, had a few questions about the menu items and they knew what was on each item. And wasn't mean about it. I must say that Juuuulissaaaaa!!! You rock ?????? gave another ⭐ just for her outstanding customer service ?.. and the new golddigger burgers are ???
I was at the drive through at this restaurant and the quality of customer service when ordering is really bad, I could hear the girl complaining when I asked to give me a second and when I approached her at the window and asked if she was the one saying all those kind of things on the mic she said “I don’t talk like that” oh but she did! Will never go back to buy from them! ?
Greeted by a welcoming voice and attitude. Food was average and expected. Service far exceeded their food.
Food was hot n good service was a little slow in drive thru but it was good overall

Vast improvement from a couple of years ago. The food is fresh and tasty. Plus the burgers come with edible, crisp salad on them! Keep an eye out for those coupons in the mail!
Fast, pleasant, and food was the way it was supposed to be. I really appreciate a Carls burger, but my last visit at a different location the food was subpar. Thanks for rejuvenating my appreciation for your burger.
Great chicken tenders and gave enough sauce packets. Drive thru was slow on the weekend, but I happened to hit a meal time rush.
