I LOVE the vibe at Cafe La Jefa. This is one of the best cafes I've ever been to.I love the aesthetics and decor. As soon as your walk through the door, you're greeted by a green leafy wall with a bright pink neon sign reading "but first, coffee" which is great because La Jefa is nestled in a complex of other quirky and cool small businesses and co-working space. Naturally, coffee should be your first stop. And the selection is diverse. All of the espresso favorites, chagachino (mushroom coffee, which tastes amazing) cold brews, regular and plant milk options, and a selection of teas. They also boast quite a substantial selection of fresh baked pastries and have cold salad and wrap options if you're in need of a light lunch.Plenty of seating to choose from. Stay cool inside with AC, but keep an eye on what's going on in the beautiful surroundings through the massive glass windows, or grab a table outside in the faux garden next to the retro airstream trailer. Don't worry, there's plenty of shade out there to gaurd you from the desert sun.The staff are super cool and helpful and not afraid to suggest to you the best way to have your coffee (I was told to try my iced chagachino with oat milk, at and it was phenomenal). If you like coffee, good vibes, and dope aesthetics, Cafe La Jefa is the spot for you.
Best coffer we've found in Palm Springs, to date. The Chai was great too
Very cute location within a co-working space. Great service, yummy coffee, along with non coffee drink options as well as baked goods at the counter you can choose from. Very nicely decorated and lots of places to hang out, especially outdoors.
Really enjoyed this shop! The outdoor seating was soo cute and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They had some really cool retail/grab and go stuff as well. Will definitely make my way back here again!
Prices shown on the board don’t include milk. The prices they advertise are only for the base coffee, regardless of the drink you order (First time I’ve even encountered this). Let me explain, ordered a Latte (coffee and milk), the young lady asks me what kind of milk I wanted, to which I replied “just regular milk,” proceeds to add $1 to my order. I noticed right away, thinking she’s made a mistake, and clarify that I just wanted regular milk. She looked at me confused and said, yeah… all of our milk is organic so I have to add a dollar. I didn’t ask for organic milk, but wasn’t given the option otherwise.I don’t mind paying, but this is a perfect example of how a business can lose overall customer’s trust and community credibility.
This café is one of my beloved spots to plunk down! The disposition is calming, and espresso and baked goods are likewise delightful. This is one of my cherished espressos it coordinates or pass my standards! I'm simply excited to have observed this café!
Pink lids won me over , I mean lets be real we all love an aesthetic cafe but when their coffee is actually as good as the looks Im sold. A few of their holiday specials like the coconut chai-chata so delicious, their lattes are really good. Super cute place
Love this coffee shop! The gluten-free scallion cheese biscuit is to die for. Tons of cool outdoor and jndoor seating. Cute instagrammable art pieces everywhere and fast, reliable wifi. I hung out here all day and the staff was so kind and considerate.
I had the pleasure of spending several hours each day last week on Friday and Saturday sitting outside at this cafe working on presentations for a conference while I enjoyed their great coffee and pastries. I was very impressed with the staff - they were passionate about their work and they clearly cared about their customers. Whenever I travel I always look for a good independent coffee shop. This time I found a great one. Highly recommended.
Outdoor seating area is awesome. Great selection of drinks and bites, in addition to coffee.
