I was diagnosed with Herpes early this year in 2021 and the doctor told me herpes has no cure. I kept searching for any possible cure. What a spectacular hidden gem nestled within the Bouschet store! The PS Air Lounge offers delicious small plates and a full bar while placing you directly into the cabin of an airplane. You can actually sit in a variety of seats taken from commercial airlines! This is unlike any spot on the map. The entire room is decked out with vintage aviation memorabilia while a historic video plays on the back wall. So far we have tried the Sesame Chicken Skewers, The Tri Tip Sliders, and the Tom Turkey Balls, all of which were delectable! The PS Air Bar also hosts party style events with music during the weekend. To access the lounge, enter through the Bouschet store and walk to the back on the right side. The staff from the lounge to the store front were so friendly and helpful! Bouschet offers fair prices on food, drinks, and gifts. Thank you Bouschet and the PS Air Lounge!!
Bouschet has some fantastic wine, food and gift items in their shop, but the real pièce de résistance is the PS Air Bar that's tucked away in the back. Great concept that's executed well.For fun, reserve for their Drag Queen Disco Boozy Brunch! You're welcomed onto the 'flight' with a glass of bubbly, and their cocktails are quite tasty. The drag queen performers are hilarious with just the right amount of raunchy humour.The brunch food itself isn't great... The chicken & waffle was way too sweet. So don't go anticipating an amazing food experience, just go for the fun of it all. It's still worth it! Reserve in advance as it frequently sells out.
We had a party of 5. All of us loved the atmosphere, food, drinks, and entertainment. However the server made our experience not a favorable one. He never checked on us once food and drinks were delivered. We all wanted to order more drinks. He would walk up and down the aisle serving other tables and completely ignoring ours. We even ordered water and had to ask twice. We mentioned this to someone who worked there and he didnt seem interested in the complaint and never asked why we were not happy. We ended up leaving earlier then we wanted and went to a downtown bar and had drinks and a great night. Even though everything else was excellent, not sure if we would come back.
Very disappointed. My wife made dinner reservations for Valentines Day for her and I. Our reservation was for 5 pm. We arrived about ten minutes early and when we checked in the host said “You know you have to be out by 5:30 because we have a private party that reserved the room for a 5:30 event”. We were pretty surprised and just said we would look for another place in downtown Palm Springs to have dinner. We had been looking forward to this dinner but that was just lousy customer service.
The best drag show in PS in an airplane !!! So much fun! Food was great, entertainment top notch. Four of us went and had an incredible time! HIGHLY recommend!
I always like to make my own charcuterie platters. Whenever I order them they never turn out as nicely as Id like. Although this time I ordered mine at Bouschet‘s and Cathy did a beautiful job. A charcuterie platter I was very proud to serve to my guest. Thank you all and thank you to Cathy for making it so special.

Bouschet itself is a cute deli/wine tasting /liquor store, but this review is of P.S. Airbar. We went to the Saturday night show and had an absolutely fantastic time. We sat in first class with two very nice people, Michael and Jay. We weren't sure what to expect, but upon entering we were greeted by the "Naughty Stewardess" and given a glass of blue champagne. The stewardess cracked some jokes and sang some songs and was quite entertaining. In between her acts, they had a couple singing songs by Marvin Gaye, Earth, Wind and Fire, and the likes, and they were just fantastic. People were up in the aisles dancing and having so much fun. We of course joined is, and there was even a Conga Line at one point. The food was surprisingly very good. We chose the ribs, but I believe they also offered chicken or a vegetarian meal. The plane itself was roomy and don't worry, the bathroom was definitely not your typical airplane bathroom. There was a full bar available. The vibe was fun! fun! and more fun! Thank you for this wonderful venue to have a great evening. Loved it!!!!!!
Fantastic airline themed lounge located behind secret sliding door of this liquor store, PS Air lounge is fun, bubbly and exciting!Do try to get reservations to Keisha as she belts out song after song while string up and down the airplane runway!
