Tge delivery was 40 minutes past the time they said. I can live with that but tge pizza was literally cold to the touch. No one answers their phone, no way to contact them at all. Pretty sucky experience while in vacation!
Came in near where there was a small crew, while one was finishing their break. The whole team was ready to take on, listen to their customers and also abide within the dining area (notified they were out of lemonade; crew came to the rescue)For a first time at this location (and a lover of Blaze Pizza) was not disappointed by the time and ambiance. You’ll love it !
The pizza had Barely any sauce, VERY little cheese and toppings and the crust was stiff and tasteless. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had.

I had a really good experience at this blaze. The employees were so sweet. Really went the extra mile. I came in on March 25th around 2:30pm.
We’re in Palm Springs and wanted something quick for lunch. Found Blaze and popped in. Good concept in that you choose your pizza base, sauce, cheese and toppings and then it’s cooked in front of you. Tasted really great and they also have good eco credentials in terms of packaging. Good fast food option
Good pizza. One of the worst run blaze pizzas I’ve ever seen. Seems like no one really knows how to run the place and every employee is left to pick up the pieces. Pizzas will come out of the oven and spend ridiculous amounts of time just waiting to be cut while managers chew out the people trying to cut them.I urge you to go to the Palm desert location instead. I’ve heard it’s the same owners but it’s run so much better and operates much more smoothly. Plus they don’t have any mask mandate because they aren’t in the bureaucratic cesspool that is Palm Springs
Amazing quality pizza, made to order in the wood fire oven. A wide range of ingredients and sauces.The phone App is easy to use and the take out time estimates are always correct. Plus you get a few free items for using the app over time.The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the patio is spacious.
Went on Pie Day toward the end of the night and the pizza was delicious!!! Always hot and tasty. Best part of the entire experience was seeing Mateo work his magic, training, taking orders, running the oven, working the register, and everything else he was doing. I had to post a review about the fantastic job he is doing there, wish everyone hussled the way he did. You are the man!!
I come to this location usually once a week. I order the take two and every single time they make the pizza then call my name. I remind them about the cheesy bread just for them realize then no one made it again and I’ll now have to wait another 10 mins for it. Good food but service is poor. Could at the least apologize for making me wait when it’s your fault I am waiting. Now I’ll have to be that jerk who has to remind them to please make both at the same time.
